Worst hotel ever, noisy, uncomfortable and terrible over all

May 6th, 2019

This hotel is super noisy, super outdated and the beds are uncomfortable. So beware, and if your assigned a room close to the parking, forget about sleeping. The parking is super small, and most of the time they host big groups so you have noisy musicians or students. They let the buses park next to the hotel, so forget about parking close to the hotel. And they turn on the buses late at night or in the early morning, which is another cause of noise. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Average unless you read in bed ...

Nov 5th, 2012

An average business hotel with nothing remarkable except the lighting. Impossible to read in bed as that corner if the room was dark. The LED bed site lift were broken but were a sickly blue impossible to read by anyway. The blackout curtain didn't cover the window either. Apart from these monitor gripes clean comfortable and efficient business hotel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Pleasant experience, with some issues

Apr 2nd, 2010

+ Lower-than-advertised rate on a room for same-day reservation + Free WiFi + Generous room service portions + Perfect location for hailing cabs and any of the Av Vallarta buses + Walking distance from Plaza Galerias! - Out of the 2 beds in room, only 1 had clean-looking sheets. (I would have complained, but didn't, considering I didn't need to sleep in it.) - No TV remote - Slow room service - No 24-hour pharmacy nearby (I mistakenly thought Benavides would be open all night.. WRONG.) +- Traffic noise from Vallarta & Patria (though traffic noise doesn't bother me at all, it's worth noting for other travelers) I spent the whole night worrying about bed bugs considering the dirty sheets in the other bed, but fortunately I made it out OK! Maybe the sheets were simply stained, but either way, the beds should never look dirty. Next time I'll probably try the Arboledas a couple blocks down the street. It's closer to Galerias and newer. Not recommended if you're unfamiliar with the city and want to spend most of your time downtown. Nonetheless, despite its shortcomings, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again in the future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
