I was offered a free upgrade from my reservation as i had a special occasion and they accepted my request for a late check out as my flight was a bit late ! Overall its been an amazing experience with the hotel from the checkin till the check out ! Very attentive staff specially the concierge and the reception! You guys are amazing, will definitely stay back whenever I’m in Moscow! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel is right cross street from the Red Square. Subway station is just a few steps away. Two fabulous restaurants are located inside the building. We had a lovely suite, room is clean, spacious and well furnished. Bathroom is a bit dated & may need some renovation. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A superb location in the heart of Moscow.

This is a grand, excellent hotel looking out towards Red Square and the Kremlin in the heart of Moscow. The service here is first class, the bedrooms spacious, comfortable and very luxurious and the Champagne Breakfasts extra special! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Amazing Location & Service

First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing, right in front of the red square. Second of all, there are 2 incredible restaurants in the building which is very comfortable. But the best thing is the service. The service is WOW ! They make you feel like royalty. I also liked the design of the hotel (which is old traditional style). However, the rooms are a bit dated and need some innovation. Also, the pool area looks dated & could use some improvement. Also, read a bit about the history of the hotel which is fascinating Overall highly recommended and I would stay again. My favorite hotel in Moscow to date TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect location in the middle of "must see" places in this lovely city. We had a lovely suite overlooking the Kremlin & State Historical Museum. Absolutely stunning when lit up at night! The service was superb, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. We had learned a few Russian phrases, but it was quite easy to communicate with everyone in English. We hope to come back as there is so much more to see, and will absolutely stay here again. I recommend you do as we did and go down the street for a drink with Count Rostov at the Shalypin, but stay at the National!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
