Over all, the services are average. If it is free drink service instead of $10 as described on card, I will make a time to visit bars. I recommend 500 mL water bottle instead of tinny water bottle at room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Well kept place

Mar 7th, 2020

Well kept place. Nice ambient. Nicely organized welcoming atmosphere room. Bathrooms are nice however very low water pressure. why do you hang new towels just on top of the toilet? Just move the hanger somewhere. there is a lot of space. Easy check-in and check out. Yes, it is in core location but the price is so high. Also, they charge amenity fee which is so high and not displayed (there is fine print when you book but amount not shown). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent Location, Service and Amenities

Mar 5th, 2020

Great location next to Union Square and an easy walk to the financial district or SoMa. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Anzu restaurant is a great place to have dinner after a long day in the city. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenient Location

Mar 4th, 2020

Close to everything. Not noisy, Lovely and clean with excellent staff. Bar is expensive even with happy hour. Worth walking across the road for $5 wines - not $14 special. Good wifi. Check in and out quick. Recommend this hotel and would stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice staff

Mar 3rd, 2020

Very nice staff, decor a bit blah. Pool isn’t the most heated of heated, but clean and seems to get most direct sun early before a neighboring building blocks it. Bring your own soap from the hotel room if you plan on showering in the pool locker rooms as the stuff in the showers there isn’t as nice. (Smelled a bit medical to me.) Japanese/American brunch buffet is nice, but skip the pastries. The neighborhood itself isn’t the greatest as it’s by the tenderloin and SF has a lot of homeless, so if you’re a woman (maybe even a man) I’d take a cab to and from the hotel at night. Down the street thought you can see where the manually turn the trolley card around, which is neat. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
