Good central location No frills hotel

Oct 15th, 2019

2nd visit to Granada & wanted to be fairly central to cathedral, shopping & tapas alley. This hotel ticked all the boxes. On arrival we were given a double room which was very small and oppressive, the bathroom was tiny and the view from the window was aweful! Not what we expected at all! I went & asked to be moved only to be told all double rooms were same ( but what it looked like on the website was much bigger & nicer i pointed out) so the receptionist asked me to check out 2 other rooms which I did and chose a twin room which was bigger & had a larger bathroom.. it’s not brilliant but better... Still rubbish view overlooking alleyway but much less oppressive. Continental breakfast was good with lots of choice but as the coffee machine was placed right next to the toaster it was difficult to use both at the same time so people were in each others way. A simple adjustment to location of one of these machines would be a great help. The TV in the room is tiny and no English channels are available even though we tried to adjust so unless you’re fluent in Spanish it’s a waste of time. The linen and beds were spotless and had firm comfortable mattresses. It’s been a pleasant stay but don’t expect too much from this basic 3* hotel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great place to visit Old Town

Oct 11th, 2019

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. They provided a map and gave us tips on the best place for free tapas. We were able to walk everywhere. It was a great choice for our Granada visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Only stay here for a central location

Jun 23rd, 2019

Visited as a couple yesterday. Overpriced for what it is (from memory it was about 137€). The person who decided that it would be a good idea for the double bed to have 1 x long joined pillow instead of 2 x normal pillows has obviously never been in a relationship. I have never encountered such a ridiculous concept in any hotel I have travelled to in the world. The toilet leaks (water everywhere on the floor). There wasn’t even an iron or hair dryer - and when I called reception 8 times to attempt to request one, they never answered the phone. The walls are paper thin (you can hear literally everything next door - I even knew what tv station they were watching), and there is no hair dryer in the room. The breakfast selection was minimal and coffee from the machine was horrible. Only stay here if you want a central location in the city, you and your partner are happy to share a pillow, and you are prepared to cop the above issues. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

When we booked this hotel it said there was a bar which was closed all the time the breakfast was basic because there wasn't many people in . The rooms were tired there was no wifi for the three days we stayed the website does not show a true picture on a good point the staff were very friendly and helpful Paul TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
