Good service, nice and helpful staff, and excellent location

The staff and their services were very good, rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel's location ideal a short stay in Santiago - since it is very central and close to museums and other touristic sites. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hosts

Great hospitality overall. Affordable pricing, clean and perfectly situated. The receptionists were helpful, spoke English and always tried their best to ensure my comfort. I wish the rooms had kettle for tea. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Better than expected!

Oct 16th, 2016

Stayed there just a night for a conference. My room was on the 6th floor with a view to the Andes. However, the windows were very dirty, so the view to the mountains was not that pleasant. The other major problem in that room is that I could hear the water heater really loudly at 7 am. Breakfast was just ordinary. Bread was not fresh and there were not savory options for vegans. The location is great and it's good value. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

won't come back...

Aug 15th, 2016

even with the heat off, my room is so hott! They brought a fan, but it only minimally helps. The glass patio door opens onto the most uninviting view I have ever seen, and it won't lock. Somebody could easily hop onto the patio and come in at night or when I am gone. So this is quite dangerous with valuables. The internet stalls really bad, and you could never watch a movie here. The tv auto turns off every 30 - 40 minutes, even when you are actively watching. It is in a good location, with Bellavista within walking distance. I prefer a modern boutique kind of hotel, and the pompous look and feel to this place reminds of Trump Towers in NYC, which has been described as the "Beverly Hillbillies" of NYC. I will never come back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
