Excellent stuff, nursing mother friendly.

As a nursing mother, hotel's assistance with milk storage was excellent. The concierge team, the reception team, the restaurant team was perfect and so kindness. They helped me in such a special situation. Im so grateful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Abrupt and rude

Nov 13th, 2019

Staying at their sister hotel, I thought to have tea in their restaurant prior to my tour. I was told that as I wasn’t a guest at their hotel, I was not to use their toilets. Terrible treatment of a senior citizen who frequents 5 star hotels regularly. I would not consider their hotels again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Classic Paris hotel with Modern Amenities

Nov 11th, 2019

Wonderful stay and great amenities. I tried to check in a bit earlier, but my room was still being prepared. I decided to leave my luggage with the concierge and go about my first day in Paris. After 3 PM, I returned to the hotel and was directed to my room. I had a good view of the Tuileries Garden and the Eiffel Tower when I stood diagonally from my balcony. Facing my window is the Bibliothèque Des Arts Décoratifs. The room was modern (I really appreciated the USB plugs and 120 v plugs on my nightstand), yet the furniture looked a bit old. I was always afraid of the chair in front of the desk falling apart when I sat on it. The table itself was too small to place the stationary, electric kettle, disposable cups, tea sachets, room service menu, complimentary fruit plate, and other hotel information papers. A longer table would have worked to accommodate those items so that the tables doesn’t look so cluttered. The television system was great since it grouped channels by languages. The internet was also great. I was able to stream Netflix and watch YouTube without any interruptions. The bed was very comfortable, and I got the best sleep ever from my trip in the bed. I appreciated how quiet is was at night. I also appreciated that turndown service included a bottle of water. The dresser got a little warm because of the minibar. I was reticent to use the in-room safe since it is located on top of the minibar and I felt it was too hot to store my electronics in. The bathroom was great. I loved how they utilized the space very well. I appreciated that the vanity also had drawers. I stayed there for a week so I liked putting my dirty clothes away in the drawers, away from my clean clothes. All in all, the room I stayed at was a typical Paris hotel room. Although there are touches here and there that made my special. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect hotel in a perfect location

Nov 5th, 2019

Our recent stay at Hotel Regina Louvre could not have been more lovely. We upgraded to a suite which was spacious and beautifully decorated. Service throughout the hotel is exceptional and friendly. And being a five minute walk from the Louvre - that alone made this such a great option. We would definitely stay at Hotel Regina on a future Paris visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loved it!

Nov 3rd, 2019

We have just returned from a 5 day stay in on of the Prestige Rooms and enjoyed our stay ver much. Hotel has charm in abundance and is an oasis in a very busy area. The bathroom of room 404 could do with a little TLC (chipped floor tiles, grouting nr bath tub) but by and large we enjoyed our stay very much. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
