Excellent Spa Resort overlooking the Lake Leman

We love the Royal Evian and keep coming back. It has the best Spa we have ever tried and the infinity pool is just breathtaking. We also had a fine diner at the Veranda restaurant and the food and service was impecable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This was a great stop. We took the funicular and got to the top, it was a nice walk. We saw this gated hotel and wanted to have a drink. They had live piano music, the tapas were great, the drinks were very nice. The view was spectacular and the service was very good. I definetely want to return here and give this place the time it deserves. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Wonderful post-lockdown break

This was our 3rd visit to the Evian Resort with 3 children. They enjoyed the Kids Club, although knowing basic French is an advantage. Pool is incredible. We had two Residents rooms which were beautiful. Staff were, as always, polite and very kind to children. We were unfortunate on this occasion to meet a woman who thought it was acceptable to put her belongings on the same luxury pool side sofa at 8am every morning, only to return at 1pm, thus preventing anyone else from using the sun-facing pod for the whole of the morning. The hotel, like other 5star establishments, should not allow this selfishness as the sofa bed was only one of three and the only one to be by the pool. The policy at other hotels is if you are not present within the hour then you cannot ‘reserve’ your lounger for 5 hours whilst not being there!! That’s just etiquette but someone obviously thought this was acceptable.... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing hotel. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Extra thanks to Alicia and Robert from front desk who assisted us multiple times during our stay. Our room was also very nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

the hotel has exellent facilities the only things need to be improved the coffee and especially the bread for French city you expect much better quality the croissant some times delicious some time ok and the in room dining need to be improved TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
