Excellent hotel in convenient and nice Zona Rosa neighbourhood

Great hotel in nice neighbourhood, with easy access to the Centro Historico via the Metro (or cab). Good facilities and breakfast option. Roof top balcony for good views of the hills around the City - especially at sun-rise and sunset. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very good hotel with the piece of Nature

Jan 17th, 2020

Very good hotel with great territory. A piece of natural forest/park is kept where some wild animals and birds live. All hotel stuff is very friendly, responsive. Buffet has a great choice of food - can fit any taste, every meal has something different. There are multiple restaurants that guests can choose to go instead of the buffet. Very good pool and beach. Animation team is of great fun, creative, friendly. We had a short stay - just 3 nights after our tour over Mexico, so we had not enjoyed the whole rich range of services and entertainment provided by the hotel. Everything was almost perfect except that rooms need a kind of refreshment (some smell was always in the room because of moisture, and Air-conditioner was noisy). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

CDMX Dec 2019

Jan 2nd, 2020

Decent Hotel, Friendly staff. However tried the breakfast at the buffet and I do say it was mediocre at best. Food was cold and coffee was luke warm. Room was decent but it was missing a much needed coffee pot/hot water pot. I am an early riser and to be able to have a cup of coffee at 5 or so in the morning without going down the block to the Oxxo or 7-11 would be a plus. I even brought Starbucks Via packets for that reason. but to complete the experience my room went two days without being serviced. I had to call the front desk for towels and to tell them the trash was full. The sent someone later but it was at 7pm and by that time after being tired from the tourist stuff I did not want the bother. While it was not a bad experience it was not a good one either. Because it was in a nice area I rate it a solid BLEH! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel Royal Reforma

Hotel rooms are dated. However, it’s a clean hotel, safe area, friendly staff and steps away from the train. There are some local restaurants to the left of the hotel on the corner, which were really good and so inexpensive. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a bargain. Not fully satisfying

Oct 25th, 2019

Location is good, Hotel is clean, staff is friendly but not always helpful. Communication between staff could be better. Bad: did not have room we booked and gave us lower category without refund. That’s not professional. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
