Great staycation.

After having to cancel two vacations this year due to cover 19 concerns, my friends and I were anxious to get out of town for a night and just do something different. Although I had never stayed at Hotel Santa Fe, I had brunch there with friends and remembered it as a beautiful setting. Hotel Santa Fe was the perfect choice. The site is very intimate with beautiful greenery, abundant sculpture and tastefully decorated through with a southwest native theme. Rooms were very comfortable (loved the triple sheeting) and spacious with a small but inviting balcony for evening drinks. Breakfast at the restaurant could not have been better with soft an atmospheric native flute playing in the background, lush greenery and sculptures in a secluded garden setting. The food was delicious, fresh and generously proportioned with excellent service to match. My friends and I will definitely be returning to Hotel Santa Fe. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very cute hotel-friendly staff

About 1/2 mile walk to town which was fine. Pool was closed due to covid - not their fault. Balcony was pretty small but I sat out there anyway. Enjoyed the authentic Santa Fe feel. The room was smaller then I thought but it worked out just fine. I would return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Expected better

Aug 9th, 2020

We chose this hotel because the differentiation was native ownership. The buildings look nice. The grounds however, are basically all black asphalt. I liked the art in the halls and room. It’s not as close to the plaza as we might have preferred. Street noise is an issue. The room was fine. We booked the king suite in advance, it was only a little more. Had read that other rooms were pretty small. Bathroom and bed area were pretty compact. Decor was cheap/tacky - theme maybe? Cute how maid covered up missing caulk in bathroom with rolled up towel. Liked the coffee out in the hall in the morning but there is a $21 resort fee, so you can’t say it’s free coffee! Biggest disappointment was the front desk staff. Motel 6 is a block over, you don’t expect much from their front desk staff, we expected better here. Would look elsewhere! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Love love love Hotel Santa Fe!!! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so nice. Love that it's Native American owned and is in GREAT location. The kids were begging to stay longer! We were very impressed and will be back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
