An amazing Spa Resort located in PRIME area of Santa Fe

Jan 22nd, 2020

We stayed at The Hacienda in a room w/the fireplace. HEAVEN. Everything about the place is five stars. From 5 to 7 they had a meet n greet area with free beer/wine/finger foods which was a nice touch. The spa itself is an absolute must. We did a couples message and it was worth every penny. The place is located at the heart of Santa Fe and everything is 3 to 5 mins away. They also offer a shuttle service within the downtown radius. Highly recommend if you're coming through for a weekend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

New Year’s 2020

Jan 2nd, 2020

Found the hotel through Hotels.com and I have to say it’s wonderful. The staff are very friendly and hotel entrance enchanting. This hotel is the only Native American, Picuris Pueblo tribe, owned hotel in Santa Fe. The menu for the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious. The room is comfortable. I wish I had time to try the Spa. I would say it’s family and pet friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice 3.5 star hotel but noisy and small

Jan 1st, 2020

Made a last minute reservation during the holiday break and this was the only hotel in town with a “suite” set up with a king bed and fold out sofa, which is the set up that works for our family. Our room was a “Picuris Suite” and it was cramped, slightly dated had a connecting door into another room that we could hear a normal phone conversation of our neighbor through, extreme noise infiltration from above and lots of vibrations when we stepped. As a result, I couldn’t enjoy the time in our room AT ALL while my children were awake because I was constantly reminding them to talk more softly and not jump around at all. Also, the toilet and shower were 6 feet away from the head of the bed. Beware if that’s irksome to you. Also, zero outdoor space for exploring or sitting that I saw. My massage with Stephen was great, servers at the lounge and Amaya were very attentive and breakfasts at Amaya were great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Warm, Unpretentious Hotel

Dec 21st, 2019

We spent 3 nights here over Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed in the main bldg. not the Hacienda part. The Picuris Pueblo indians own the majority of the hotel. This is a warm, unpretentious hotel with a cozy lobby. Live flute player during the weekend. The continental breakfast has fresh baked croissants and sweet rolls. The main breakfast menu offers blue corn pancakes which are thin like crepes and are very good. Our room was pleasant with a small balcony though it was too cold and snowy to use it. Shuttle service is a big plus since we didn't want to walk. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
