Great Boutique Hotel
Jan 14th, 2020
Stayed here for a wedding. Loved everything about it. The King room we had on the 4th floor was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space for both my husband and me to spread out and work from. There was a free-standing make-up mirror that I was able to carry over and use at the desk. Amazing shower with great water pressure. Very quiet hotel with beautiful artwork through out. Coffee service in the hall was great - much preferred over the usual in-room service set ups and well-stocked, not astronomically priced mini bar. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Personality and class!

Hotel Zaza was a great place to stay! Very handy location being right down town and mere blocks away from the American Airline Center events. The room was very nicely appointed, clean and bright. Bed & linens were very comfy and obviously of high quality. The room was spacious and yet cosy. Shower was FABULOUS!! The staff (everyone from check-in, cleaning, room service & valet) could not have been better - extremely personable and professional! Thanks for a wonderful weekend away! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fun place to stay with a see and be seen bar

Loved this beautiful, quirky hotel. The room was huge and wonderful, the bathrooms were great, and the evening cookies were delicious. Ate in the bar twice and was happy both times. Then food was delicious and the wait staff attentive. The evening bar scene was a great place for people-watching. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Love the ZaZa!

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are big with really comfortable beds. Location is also perfect right near Whole Foods in uptown and you can walk everywhere. Alex and Jason at the dragonfly restaurant were great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Not the first at ZaZa, but definitely the last

I’ll preface this review by saying that if the “management” at ZaZa treated their customers with respect, that we wouldn’t have left a bad review, even though we were disappointed. The room was very clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower, and the hotel is very beautiful. Valet is very friendly and professional. As always. “In addition to a full-service spa, Hotel ZaZa Dallas features an outdoor pool and a spa tub.” - (ZaZa) Not the case. The pool and spa were closed for the season. We asked to speak with the manager because we specifically booked this hotel due to the advertised amenities. We asked the manager if they could accommodate us any way and that’s when the manager was very rude. She literally told us to google an alternative. In fact, her exact words were “I don’t know, GOOGLE IT. I’m BUSY.” We called back and tried to speak with a different manager and when we were connected - they promised to shuttle us to a different location to use their facilities, but never called us back, and they never followed up with us during our stay. We get it, your amenities aren’t available - that’s ok. But don’t advertise them as available and then be rude to the customer about it when we confront you about your mistake - that is not ok. Unprofessional and unacceptable for ZaZa management, this is supposed to be a luxury boutique - not a motel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
