Sweet Suites

Apr 20th, 2019

I highly recommend staying in one of ZaZa’s signature suites! This time we tried the Last Czar. We just celebrated a friend’s 50th and had an amazing experience. From dealing with the very generous and knowledgeable Mary, who helped us book the room the birthday girl had her heart set on, to the complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to the convenient car service to and from our dinner reservations. ZaZa is pure whimsical luxury in the heart of Dallas! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don’t miss the Zaza experience.

Zaza is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. Every time I’m there, they make me feel super special. It’s definitely a must stay while in Dallas. It’s truly hard to describe the first class treatment at Zaza. Awesome people watching, and I can tell you from experience you never know who you might run into during your stay. #stayzaza TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I prefer Hotel Zaza to Crecent Court and other High End Dallas properties

Apr 18th, 2019

This trip is probably my fourth stay at Hotel Zaza over several years. I have stayed at many of the finest hotels in Dallas, which include The Mansion and Crescent Court. They are truly fine hotels and I am sure I will stay there again as business situations suggest. But the Hotel Zaza has the highest level of personal service, top end physical facilities (great beds, incredible water pressure in the showers, etc) and is such a fun place with the art and sense of humor. It is impossible not to love. Previously, I stayed here to attend business meetings in Dallas, but on this ocassion, I was a speaker at a conference held at the Hotel Zaza. This was a great experience. The conference rooms were comfortable and well maintained, but the food and drinks fro the receptions were over the top. (the pork hors d'oeuvres may be the best of hors d'oeuvres I have ever had anywhere) Special mention goes to Robbie Paige who serves as concierge, bellman, and Mr Make Me Happy. Robbie is exceptional. On one trip he found and returned my iPad. This trip, he just took great care of me and the conference attendees. Thanks, Robbie! Thanks, Hotel Zaza. You set a new standard for boutique hotels and it is worthy of note. Also special thanks to Lara in the bar. She is a great and friendly hostess to guests. The artwork and edgy element sets this hotel apart from the boring big box stuffiness without sacrificing the quality of lodging or service. This is what boutiques should be all about!!! Loved this hotel

Apr 15th, 2019

Stayed 2 nights this past weekend. Was in town for the Eric Church concert at American Airlines center. Very centrally located hotel for all things Downtown Dallas. The pool area is small and I'm sure can get extremely crowded and be more like a party scene than a relaxing hotel pool but it was great for us. We were able to spend Friday afternoon at the pool. Great bar service. The hotel was clean, room was very nice. Really enjoyed the free Rose in the lobby each evening. The shuttle was super convenient. I have stayed at the original Houston location and now the Dallas location and highly recommend these properties for a unique boutique hotel experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

First time here - it won't be the last

Apr 14th, 2019

I've been wanting to stay here for several years and I finally got the chance to stay for my partner's birthday weekend. From our initial experience the service and friendliness was terrific. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We ate several times at the Dragonfly - food was very good and very reasonably priced. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but will on the next trip. We will be back TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
