Amazing weekend discovering Montréal!
Aug 11th, 2020
Love this hotel. Perfectly located downtown mtl, easy access to Old Montreal. Felt totally safe in the city and at the hotel. Hand sanitizer available everywhere in the hotel. I was able to purchase a face mask and the hotel lobby when I misplaced mine. Great service 👏 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
I felt safe
Jul 23rd, 2020
I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago with my family to ge out of the house. At first I was scared to come to Montreal with everything going on but gave it a chance. I have to say that I felt very safe staying at this hotel. Not only are there sanitizer stations all around the public areas, the receptionnist had a mask on behind the protective glass, they had mini sanitizer bottles and nice reusable masks for sale at the reception. Everyone I walked by in the hotel was wearing a mask. I was impressed :) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
1st and last visit to Hotel Zero 1
Jan 13th, 2020
Room was okay, sleeping area very very small. Fridge has no freezer.Lots of noise in hall way, should be sound proof. Took forever (2hours) to get car from valet on departure. Breakfast really bad and expensive Summary; cute little room, right downtown which is cool! Great for young people as lots of action. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Contemporary but cheesy hotel
Dec 30th, 2019
I was hoping for a sleek, contemporary hotel, but instead the Hotel Zero 1 was just a bit tacky. Although clean, there was little attention to details such as an entrance littered with cigarette butts, valet parking that took 45 minutes to get your car, and long lines at the registration desk (1 clerk on a Friday evening). That said, the location is on the edge of Chinatown, not far from Old Montreal and Place Des Arts, so it's very convenient for walking around the city. Did not opt for the breakfast - too many great cafes in the area to compete with the buffet breakfast bar. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Loft Style Rooms
Dec 20th, 2019
This hotel is right at the entrance to Chinatown in Montreal. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and ready to answer questions if needed. There is also access from reception to the grocery store around the corner via a private door that operates with your room key. The shop is open 24 hours and has everything you might want for food, drink (including beer and wine) and toiletries. There is also valet parking. Just leave you car in the hotel pickup zone behind the building and the valet will bring you car to the parking lot. The rooms are cozy and come with nice couches, a small dining table and chairs, a sink, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Montreal. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
