Convenient location and friendly staff

Dec 3rd, 2019

Stayed here for a week on an Interval exchange and got a two-bedroomed apartment that was spacious and well equipped. It is in an old building but has been tastefully refurbished. There is a roof terrace with tables and a few loungers that was lovely to sit on in late afternoon. Its about a 15 minute walk to the end of Royal Street - the start of The French Quarter - and the location is close to Canal Street where all the trams stop. The location is quiet and convenient as a base to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and free coffee and croissants are provided in reception at breakfast time on a weekend. The only slight niggle was that the 'maid service' - which admittedly they said was limited - was actually limited to taking out the rubbish, No bed making or even wiping down the kitchen benches. Would go back there though. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nola Vacation Property

Nov 3rd, 2019

We had a very good time in Nola, but I would suggest waiting until later next year until they get their next remodel completed. Had some problems with low water pressure and slow drains on the sinks. One unexpected bonus, the Halloween parade went right past the front door. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice, Quiet and out of the way

Oct 9th, 2019

Nice place, old however well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Hotel is quiet and out of the way on a quiet street. Just around the corner from Mothers, a must for breakfast. The French Quarter is about three quarters of a mile walk and there is plenty of shopping. Ride the street car all the way to the end and back with a stop at Le Madelyn (spelling) bakery. Fresh pastries, lunch and hot coffee. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

No return

Sep 14th, 2019

This resort would be a beautiful place with a lot of updates, but as is I will not return. I did not feel safe and everything was old and wormed the power went out and they stayed in happen in the area but after speaking with other people we were told they did not experience power outage, howerever it only last a few hours. . All in all the staff was pleasant enough, the location was perfect, I just didn’t like the set up. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
