Aug 16th, 2019

The Staff and the service was excellent! unfortunately the ROOM 201A WAS TERRIBLE! This room need to be shut DOWN! REASONS: 1- Bed needs to be replace(very bad on the back) 2- very noisy at night - can not sleep! 3-suppose to be non -smoking - smell smoke on the bed 4- please do not take room 201A in the othe building(suppose to be upgrade to a 3 rooms suite - that a lie -not worty it!(loss money) 5- Good location and the food at Mother Kitchen is outstanding! Location, location and thats all.

Aug 3rd, 2019

Seems like a misrepresentation in the photos. Old, tattered carpet, ceiling falling down in the bathroom, noisy, unsafe whirlpool tub. Could go on but all negativity. The only pro is the location. Perfect for walking to the French Quarter, WWII museum, etc. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don’t do it.

Jul 31st, 2019

Do not go here. Reviews are very accurate of how run down it is. We were hopeful as it was part of a timeshare. There was a party thrown late at night with over 300 people surrounding the inside and outside of the place. we grabbed our bags and left at 2 am because it did not feel safe. Even the convenient location is not worth staying it. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointing

Jul 25th, 2019

Let me start by saying the location is AWESOME and apartment we had was two doors down from the main entrance, not too bad, but that where the good comments end. The building was old and MUSTY, the apartment overall was not bad, but could use some updating. The WORST and GROSS part was after a long day of traveling and out on the town, we pulled out the sofa sleeper to find SOILED mattress covers. I don't know what is was, but it looked like blood! TOTALLY NASTY. We waited until the next morning to inform the front desk, and she said "oh, thanks for letting us know". TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Convenient but old

Jun 25th, 2019

The location is fantastic and everything about the place is pretty convenient. The biggest disappointment is the condition of our unit. The photos we saw online are not at all representative. The carpet appears to be many decades old. There are holes in the walls where wires were running through in the past and are no longer there. The ceramic tile in the bathroom was painted over rather sloppily instead of being repaired or replaced. The bathroom has a very unusual lavender-colored jacuzzi tub that appears very old and seconds as the shower. It is not easy to get in and out of. The fridge is a mini fridge instead of the full-size shown in the pictures and the tops are Formica (not at all the granite we saw in photos). The bed was a full-size instead of queen or king. On the upside, we saw no pests and the linens are clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
