Wyndham is trying to make the motels/hotels better!

Sep 26th, 2019

There is no elevator so I had to BEG to take a lower level room. We had a lot of stuff that we didn't want to carry upstairs. The front desk lady said that small towns are not required to comply with ADA laws to have an elevator. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Poor

Sep 21st, 2019

The location was good and the room was respectable, however, it has some drawbacks! No elevator and whilst there were rooms on the ground floor with able bodied people in, I saw very disabled people struggling up the stairs! Breakfast was somewhat average, no hot water or tea available and not enough seating space for people to eat in comfort. People were uncomfortably hovering around for guests to vacate tables. Finally, they advertise the availability of Wi-fi. Don’t believe it, the Wi-fi is dreadful! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Exterior is being renovated. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Room was great with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Our room was next to the stairway which was a slight noise issue. Light sleepers in ground floor rooms could have problems with noise of foot traffic above. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Poorly built. No Privacy. Noisy

There's NO ELEVATOR! There's no soundproofing so hallway traffic and even moving about your room creates a lot of noise. Large gap between the room door and the floor so can hear conversations in the room from the hallway, kids crying, etc. I don't know what would be worse, hauling luggage up and down the stairs or having a first floor room and having to hear the noise of guests above you who are just simply moving about their room.
