Very nice hotel, food was excellent, room was very nice, great location, enjoyed being able to walk to many places especially the pier area. The staff was helpful. The corner room was large and extremely comfortable TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect location for all sights on San Francisco

Apr 17th, 2019

Lovely hotel comfortable rooms and easy walk to pier 39 for shopping and food. Also to alcatraz pier only 10 mins walk. Valet parking worth it as you don't need to drive here! Short bus ride to golden gate bridge too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not to recommend

Apr 14th, 2019

Looked for a good hotel in San Francisco. This hotel is not at all at the level of a Hyatt in Europe or the middle east. I do not recommend it. Poor service, asked twice to clean the window, which was full of bird dirt. Nothing happend. It was disgusting. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean, good sized rooms. Modern decor. Excellent location.

Room was surprisingly modern and well maintained. The lobby and hallways are a little small and cramped, but the room was bright, clean and well made up. There is a restaurant in the building and there are many restaurants within 3 block radius. Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf are only a few blocks away. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

San Francisco Rock n Roll Half Marathon

Apr 13th, 2019

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric during the RNR Half Marathon weekend. The hotel is beautiful and located right in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to and from the airport but you can reserve a spot on the Super Shuttle or the Airport Shuttle for $17 per person each way which is about the same as an Uber or Lyft. We received excellent customer service from Luz at the front desk. The only small drawback if any, was that the free breakfast is not available unless you are considered a Globalist through the Hyatt Rewards program. Otherwise it is about $26 per person to eat breakfast there. Fortunately, there are a ton of great little restaurants right outside the hotel like Hollywood Cafe which offers a delicious, reasonably priced breakfast and lunch. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
