Easy, well appointed, home away

As with most apartment style hotels, the addition of a kitchenette and space helps the room to feel more accommodating. Anything you would need to feel at home in your room is readily accessible. Compared to other long-stay type accommodations, Hyatt’s atmosphere is upscale and the staff operates as you would expect from an upper tier hospitality brand. 5/5 would stay again. If I had to have a gripe, I’d say the mattress was firmer than I’d personally prefer but there are enough pillows to make that work. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We love this hotel so much, it’s the only hotel we pretty much book! The Hyatt make you feel like you are at home but the amenities make you feel special like royalty, or celebrity! I recommend the hotel to all my friends abc family when they travel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Weekend Get away

I had an absolutely awesome stay. It was better than expected. The hotel was in compliance with all the COVID-19 guidelines. No one interrupted our stay. They are in the perfect location. Definitely looking forward to coming back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great place to stay!

Great hotel with clean and attractive rooms and great staff. Excellent proximity to all that Short Pump has to offer in the way of shopping and restaurants. Could walk to anything we wanted to there. We really enjoyed the king suite and the adjoining bedroom with two queen sized beds. The kids absolutely loved having a full kitchen in their room. They claimed the suite right away.
