Great place to stay!

This hotel was a great place to stay on the beach in Biloxi. It was so modern and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub on the property. We will be staying here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Choose Hyatt if you want a great stay. The price is right, the location is great and the service and rooms are wonderful. I have stayed at eight different Hyatt hotels and have always had a great experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I booked this hotel about 1 hour before checking in. I didn’t expect to be so please try surprised by the lobby, staff and room. The FREE breakfast is only second to an all inclusive resort! Amazing! !! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Loved it!!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The location was walking distance from the beach. Most of the attractions were less than 5 miles away. I will definitely stay again and I most definitely recommend others to stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Hotel with a Few Concerns

Jul 9th, 2019

First, this would have been a 41/2 stars if I could give halves. There are many really positive things about this hotel: it is attractive, clean and has an excellent location. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and we never heard noise from the halls though there were a number of teenagers there for some event. We also like the option to get extra points for skipping daily housekeeping (you could change out towels and get shampoo, etc. from the housekeeping staff; you just keep the same sheets and spread your own bed) So why not 5 stars? One important reason and one personal quirk: the important reason is that although the hotel is right across from the beach, there is no crosswalk or light to help you cross four lanes of traffic that separate them. The personal quirk was breakfast. Good things were fresh fruit and efforts to keep things refilled. Bad things were that there was only one v-e-r-y slow toaster available, causing a line at the toaster. One morning I saw two people almost come to blows over who was next in line! And although there was a sign for biscuits and gravy, there were no biscuits and gravy the whole four days we were there (my husband is a biscuits and gravy fan, so as I said, this is a personal quirk, but still a disappointment!) Also they had no bagels, English muffins or muffins. Overall, we found the breakfasts very disappointing. But again, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
