Sleeping Beauty

The Hyatt is my go to hotel for my out of town guests. Its a beautiful hotel with great spacious rooms. Daily delicious breakfast buffets. The Hyatt is in a prime location. There is a large shopping mall, movie theater with recliner seare, fun bars, airport shuttle bus and many other great entertainment options. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Absolute worst experience don't stay here

Jan 12th, 2020

As A Globalist at Hyatt I would Always choose to stay at Hyatt over anywhere else. Except this location. I was not able to purchase any drinks, snacks nothing because of them closing for a remodel. I understand you are remodeling this location but that is not until next week. I am here for work and needing to get a drink and being turned away at 9:30 pm because you don't offer that service because of management s choice is beyond annoying. The bed is horrible so I hope with the remodel those are changed out. Overall very unsatisfied with the service and overall experience here at Hyatt. Very disappointing Hyatt. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Reboot the building!

Jan 3rd, 2020

We happened to stay for one night recently where "the computers were down". As in, the whole hotel was offline. They literally could not check anyone into their rooms and had to resort to paper printouts. This continued through our entire stay, including checkout. This is no doubt a rare occurrence, but still, I feel like when I showed up the place was in a complete state of disarray. The people at the front desk could only say variations of, "Nothing like this has ever happened", "We don't know when it will be back", "We're sorry, there's nothing we can do." I asked about a manual checkin, they said that even the manual system requires the computers, whatever that means. Eventually we got into our room (via printout), but I ended up feeling like we were lucky even to get that, as if right up until we were in the room, "You have no place to stay tonight" was still a possibility. Nothing like panicking for two hours before you go off to a funeral. The whole idea of coming in early and getting the hotel was to take away stress, not add it. I'm generally happy with the rest of the stay - the room, the price, the location. I just think that they should have handled this crisis a little better. Their situation was no doubt unique, but so was mine, so how come mine has to suffer? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This wonderful hotel in this great location will close on January 18, 2020. It is located near the train and bus, shopping, and eating. The staff is friendly and during the cold winter months has hot chocolate and marshmallows for their guests. Let's hope it is replaced with another hotel very very soon. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
