Spent One Night for business. Okay, Covid is still a thing and there's face masks required in the hotel (except your room) and the breakfast was likely scaled back due to the virus as it was nothing but a bunch of juice, mediocre coffee, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. That said, the hotel was in good condition, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Overall safe location and would happily stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent customer service at the front desk. Very informative and helpful with all our questions and requests. Hotel is in a great location close to Tanger and ab 25-30 mins to Isle of Palms and Folly Beach! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Superior Customer Service

My visit to Charleston, SC was made by the superior customer service provided by the staff but notably: Randi, Sylvia, Fabian and the maintenance person whose name I don't recall. Each person went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I stay were great. The room was very spacious, clean and provide us enough to not feel like we were at a hotel. Keep up the superior customer service and when I'm back in town, your property will be the first place I'm looking to book. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly staff. We stayed during the pandemic. Pool was only open by reservation. That makes sense but makes it hard with kids. The shower and toilet are in the same room and it is right. Room is nice but a bit outdated. Location is great for the convention center and outlet malls. Beds were comfortable. It does have a lot of chain restaurants near by. Airport is close. I had a very unpleasant issue with your hotel. Before choosing this hotel I called and asked about thier pool and was it open I was told yes one family for 1hr and they took reservations. When I checked in Fri 5/29 I ask about the pool, I was told the list was full for that night but I could reserve for the next day. I ask for the last hr 7pm to 8pm she was friendly and I saw her write our room number 120 down on a blank list. I figured we were first on the list. We planned our day around, making sure we were back in time. My daught and I were relaxing chatting have a great time in the pool. The front desk worker came in to the pool area with a family saying we needed to get out! We didn't have a reservation, I told her we did I made the day before. She ask our room number, she no you dont, you need to get out. She was very rude acting as if I was lying. She said I could come to the front desk to look at the book. I said I would get out and deal with this. Once I was out dripping wet with my towel the other family said we could share the pool which I told them they could have the pool. I was very upset it wasnt about the pool for me, at this point. I was about being treated like I was a liar. When I said I was going up to the front desk to deal with this. I again told the family its fine they could have the pool. The worker said "I know your coming up" rudely. Once I was standing in the lobby dripping wet the worker was working and a manager was there to meet me and the other family. She kept trying to work out swim time for both of us. Which I said again we will get out let the family swim. The situation at this point was about the first worker not doing her job right (which I could of let go) but the rudeness of the front dest worker and her implying I was lying! That I could not let go. It has ruined my night and stay. They need to teach thier employees customer service! I would choose a different hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
