I highly recommend The Hyatt Place Professional and friendly staff. Would request the same room again. It was clean, and cozy and felt like a small suite. This was a last minute reservation. Perfect selection. Wish ice machine was on the same level. Not a complaint. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Weekend Getaway

I have stayed at this location many times. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. No complaints. We wanted a room with a view. Our luck the weather did not cooperate,. The train isa short distance from the hotel and you are downtown in minutes. Convenient! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Roach infested

This place was the nasty mf place ever i stayed here to bring in New Years with my bf. Just to get away but in the stay we have seen over 9 bugs 3 roachs and 6 stink bugs. I have pictures to prove it. Never again!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Frustrating Check-In

Check in was extremely frustrating for me. The front desk clerk repeatedly told me my credit cards declined. Before arrived I knew the amount was $170+tax, which equaled about $189 and some change. I arrive to the hotel under the impression that I would be paying this. However as I tried multiple credit cards (with a $200 limit); it was declined. It wasn’t until I asked to enter my own information did I see it was charging $239+Tax, I knew the reason for it declining. The lady at the desk did NOT inform me of this, I had to discover it on my own. So yeah, she had me at the desk looking stupid and confused. I was very disappointed with the experience. My husband and I enjoyed our visit for business. The rooms were nice and the staff was nicer (Joel and the ladies on AM shift)! They took COVID precautions very seriously. The experience was worth a repeat trip. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
