Great hotel

We were very pleasantly surprised at the great service, amenities and location. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was good and hotel was convenient walking distance to everything downtown. And the price was much better than comparable hotels downtown. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I stayed for a conference and the was very pleased with the friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and awesome downtown location. The hotel is steps from the capitol and lots and lots of restaurants around. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel desk/service was not friendly and lacks interpersonal skills. The room was clean but the linen for pull sofa was not. The beds was very comfortable and the view was nice. The breakfast was horrible and they didn't have a good food selection. The evelators to garage was not clean and had an odor. I personally wouldn't be staying at this location in the future. Convenient Location

This hotel is walking distance to the Capitol building and nearby restaurants. The hotel is well kept and clean. My room was in good shape and the bed was comfortable. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for a Hyatt Place, not bad but not great. Parking in the garage is offered but there are also plenty of parking spots on the street near the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Hyatt Place Madison--good location and good services

Stayed 3 nights for family gathering. Location was perfect for our activities. Close to Capitol square and shops and entertainment. Breakfast was ok. Powdered eggs. But fresh fruit and other offerings. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
