My stay

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My son and I enjoyed our stay. The pool closed earlier than we were expecting. I had the fruit for breakfast, it was clean and fresh. Mall is literally in walking distance. Overall, a good visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I like the check-in feature on the Hyatt app. My room was ready when I arrived and it was very clean and comfortable, quiet as well. The hotel is located near the Wolfchase mall and many nice restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Drive 3 hours to shop st Wolf chase and Visit Incredible Pizza with my kids. The room was clean, the service was great and we were conveniently located to everything. I will be staying here on my next visit to Memphis. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The room was very nice and had good accommodations. The breakfast options were many and very good quality. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was ok but not great. The suite was spacious and comfortable. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Was not offered breakfast because I booked with a third party. Guest service representative said Hyatt was trying to steer guests to book direct instead of third party. Then don’t make your rooms available on third party sites. Stop using guests as pawns not fair to guests who are trying to be financially responsible. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
