NO ON-SITE PARKING

The staff was nice. There is absolutely no parking associated with this property. They gave me a map for off-site parking structures. They were inaccessible with locks on the gates. I had to park at the Hilton and pay $50 for overnight parking. I also had to walk by myself back to Hyatt Place. The other parking lots were blocks away. This is not acceptable. The room was clean. No room service or restaurant service due to Covid. I did not take advantage of the grab and go breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Everything was clean. The staff was amazing, they always greet you and the breakfast area is clean and well kept. Different food options everyday, they also provide hand sanitizer and enforce use of mask, which is great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Do not waste your money

Aside from the expected COVID 19 protocols that make you feel unwelcome and diseased, the parking situation is bad. No parking onsite so I paid 27 dollars per night to park in a nearby garage. But the vouchers I paid Hyatt for did not work at the parking facility and I ended up having to pay almost 90 dollars at the parking facility before I could exit in addition to the 27/night I had paid the hotel. There are no cashiers to help, and the only way out was to pay the automated machine what it asked for or be stuck in the parking garage. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not staying here ever again!

When my family and I went to our room, we unpacked and we were getting settled in and then I went to the hotel refrigerator to put some waters in there and when I opened it a disgusting smell came from it and there was a container with moldy food. When I closed it the entire room smelled so gross. I called downstairs and we changed rooms after we had already unpacked and we had to pack up our things and go back downstairs and switch rooms. In our second room when I opened the sofa bed there was a dirty fork on the mattress. We were disgusted and so exhausted that we ended up just tossing the fork and going to bed. In the morning for breakfast we went downstairs and the breakfast was whatever nothing great. There was a few bagels and there was only 2 cream cheeses mind you we are a party of 5 and the orange juice dispenser was barely filled. My family and I will not be staying ever at a Hyatt again! Great hotel

Staff was fantastic, and the room was spotless. They had a safe and clean breakfast set up that was greatly appreciated. There was hardly any interactions with other guests and the staff made sure everyone coming in was wearing a mask. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
