I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It’s become my home away from home when visiting one of my children in college in West Palm Beach. The best part about this hotel is the staff, they are friendly, always make eye contact and greet you, the cleaning staff always have a smile and leave things spotless. The staff at the Hyatt and look for ways help you in anyway they can. Just this last trip I was injured badly by a wave, and they put me in a handicap room to help me shower and spend a comfortable night in a bed that was not very elevated. Those little touches from employees like Anthony, David, and others on their staff make all the difference in the world. I plan on coming back soon! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great for business travel if you have business in the city

Perfect for the business traveler Liked · We did like the spacious room, but again, a horrible view out the window. A parking garage isn't exactly appealing to the eye. The staff was very nice and helpful, that was the biggest plus here! I give them two thumbs up and want to say thank you again. Disliked · First, my wife and I are world travelers. We have stayed in many different hotels throughout the U.S. Europe, Asia, Canada etc. for many years now. This is the very first time in any hotel that a pitcher of water wasn't offered at breakfast time. Please don't blame the pandemic on that. We had just left Cocoa Beach prior to arriving here and they had water. So did Tallahassee and Pensacola last month. My wife and I take certain medications in the morning that are required to be taken with water. Did we have to pay $3.50 for a bottle water at breakfast?? And also, breakfast was nothing to write home about. The first day the bananas were rotten and the egg sandwiches were not fresh. Moving on, there is absolutely nothing to do in the City. You have a water front and a few restaurants. Unless your there for business, find somewhere else to stay if your on vacation looking for shops and restaurants. Anything appealing was not in walking distance. I couldn't tell you how many trips on I95 we took just to see the sights of West Palm Beach. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect for a family getaway

Rooms and hotel were very clean, comfortable bedd and the room with the sofa bed provided more than enough space for our family of 5. Breakfast was better than expected during covid 19 And the location was perfect. Overall wonderful stay and location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here for four days during college move in days. What a fantastic location! The lobby is beautiful. Parking can be a bit tricky but my advice would be to go to top floor to park. The rooms are your typical spacious hyatt place rooms. It was clean & new. I will be staying here each trip to West Palm due to it's location. Kudos to the front desk too! The gentleman working there were always so polite & helpful. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I had accidentally booked my room for the week after I intended to stay but Pin and Anthony went above and beyond out of their way to help me and ensure I got my money back and a new room for that night. The situation easily could’ve been very stressful but they were incredibly patient and helpful which made the whole stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is also pretty good, I had a turkey, egg and cheese sandwich, a banana, oatmeal, yogurt, a chocolate muffin and coffee. The indoor hot tub is also nice and convenient for when it rains. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
