My Review

Feb 26th, 2020

My major complaints are the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the vent blowing hot/cold air on you all night because it's right across from the bed. Other than that, the room was clean and the location is great for food choices. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Biz hotel

Nice business hotel with expected services. Good size room, although bit noisy from other rooms. Service at evening restaurant was terrible both times i eat there. Service at breakfast was good. Missing a nice bar for a drink after a long working day. Gym and pool okay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice stay at a reasonable price! Great location to the adventures in downtown Cincinnati! Nice view and quiet through the night. Very nice exercise equipment and amenities in the fitness area. We would book here again for sure! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Unimpressed

Feb 18th, 2020

Every staff member that I encountered was wonderful and helpful. I cannot stress that enough. That said, the valet was severely understaffed, the king room was extraordinarily small, the bathroom was cramped at best, and I had to call the front desk upon arrival to get towels. There was a warning sticker on the mini fridge indicating all food/drink that required a temperature lower than 40 degrees i.e. dairy (breast milk was listed-yuck) should not be stored inside. The skywalk to the convention center (one of the reasons I chose this hotel) was closed. The wait for dinner in the lobby restaurant was 75-90 minutes. I opted for the 45 minute delivery time of room service. It was expensive, in my opinion, but turned out to be quite good. The hotel was clean, but I expect that from Hyatt. Apparently a fire alarm was pulled (as a prank, I was told) and at least one floor was evacuated. I neither heard the alarm nor was awakened to evacuate. My teenage daughter and I slept soundly the entire night. I haven’t decided if that is good or bad. For a two night stay that cost me over $500, I expected more “wow” and less “ugh”.
