Great Downtown hotel

Very clean room that met the Hyatt standard. Staff was friendly and well organized. Great downtown location close to many restaurants and bars. Very large hotel, but very well maintained and one of my favorite Hyatt's TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice clean room in Denver

The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. Everything was clean and the halls were quiet. Parking was free and under the building. We also had a great view of Denver and the mountains. We would stay there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice Hotel in Great Location

This hotel was very nice. Clean, friendly staff and nice bartender! Basic room, not too many extra amenities (no coffee etc). The view is very nice from the 31st floor. Due to Covid, they do not clean the room every day unless you call to request. I called to request the beds made and some fresh washcloths. Someone came to the room but did not empty the trash. Had to call someone to come back and get the trash. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not functioning well in Covid
Sep 2nd, 2020
Visited this hotel 3 nights, change from a year ago was enormous. First, no food served. You could get "provisions" in a little shopping area, VERY limited. At least 50% of downtown restaurants open, Hyatt didn't get the news. Biggest issue, AC set to FREEZING in all public areas & rooms, hotel 80 to 90% empty, gotta keep that AC pumping to make global warming worse. I turned the thermostat OFF in my room, opened window the little it would go, 90 degrees outside, still cool to chilly in room. Completely insane. For that reason alone, I will NEVER stay at a Hyatt again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
