We had a room overlooking the pool. The look of the our room was modern. I love the lights on the bottom of the bed when you have to get up in the middle of the night. You can actually see where you are going. Very spacious shower but the design of the sick leaves you no room to put your toiletries. The room was also very noisy with construction. You can hear people walking above our room at night and banging in the morning. Did not get a good sleep. It may have been better if we were located on the other side of the building where there were no construction. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
July 4 trip during Covid period - Wonderful stay
Jul 4th, 2020
I was initially worried about the Covid situation. Luckily, it seems the hotel has every staff member wearing mask all the time and I was advised to be required wearing facial mask all the time on site, which is good! Check in and check out processes are smooth. Front desk member was nice and patient, telling me in details about the facilities, location of the room, and questions about dining. (On site restaurants are closed because of the Covid. Breakfast option is grab and go. Decent breakfast though. Room is newly renovated. I can tell the equipments are new and well maintained. Beds are soft and comfy. Love that. Room services are AWESOME!! I made a couple requests through Hyatt mobile app and got responded very quickly. i was totally amazed!! The only minor issue we had during the stay was that we had loud walking upstairs guests this time :( Probably the improvement can be made would be better soundproof? Will definitely return after the pandemic. Looking forwards to experiencing the onsite restaurants and spa services. Highly recommended. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
If you are concerned about Covid, do not stay here!

Hotel is OK. a bit outdated, but decent rooms and updated furniture. However, what was a huge disappointment, that the covid-19 measures that the hotel outlines on their website, is NOT being implemented. housekeeping staff wore no gloves or masks when I saw them repeatedly in the hallway. Also the hotel in under construction and none of the contractors wore any kind of face covering. we encountered them constantly in the hallway and ground and it made me very uncomfortable that HYatt was not enforcing their own guidelines. Very dissappointed and dissatisfied. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I expected Hyatt lived up to its name. The only notification I read in their website were their restaurant was closed and they’re waiving their resort fee temporarily. Why Hyatt disclosed their restaurant is closed but not disclosing what amenities were closed also? Perhaps profit? My reservation is based on what the lodging has to offer, besides the name brand, and if the nightly rate is worth paying for. I would have used the difference I paid for this hotel in food lavishly instead of being frugal. We were going out to eat because this hotel does not provide a microwave. I wish we can eat pizza or cold sandwiches the whole time we were here. They were many customers stayed in this place while we were here. There’s no excuse that this hotel cannot disclosed what they cannot offer. There’s not even information how we get service for our room. It seems like a case to case basis. Each customer have to be its own to get service. Hyatt is in an hospitality industry for a long time and I expect they should know by now what their customers will need during their stay. Informing them ahead will lessen the expectations. It sounds like this hotel doesn’t want to own up to their lacking. Relying on their front desk to verbally inform a little information doesn’t relieve your responsibilities to your customers. This a bad management! Failing to think ahead is not an exception! You get paid for that position. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Covid-19, construction, but still great Hyatt service

The hotel is old and under-construction--adding in Covid-19 and its a recipe for disaster. All the facilities were closed and not available. There were sign of construction/remodeling in the buildings. Our family spent this past weekend at the hotel. Walking around, it looked raggedy and lifeless. Thankfully there are still great and helpful staffs at the hotel. They were all very accommodating and understanding. We'll definitely be back once the hotel is back to normal operation.
