This is a very clean and beautiful hotel. Their staff is always respectful. Its a 10 out of 10 for me. I will always stay at this location when I travel or have a special occasion. The hotel manager, Sara, will go above and beyond to satisfy any request you have. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I have had the opportunity of staying at this location for an extended work trip. My job is 100% travel and I have stayed at more hotels that I would like to remember. The entire team is amazing, Sarah & David have been amazing and it’s nice to stay at a hotel for more than a month and you feel like you’re at home because of the staff. My expectations have been far exceeded, from the cleanliness to the friendliness, it’s an awesome location in uncertain times. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

23rd of 30 hotels in Schaumburg says it ALL! Might be worth $75 per night

Nov 11th, 2020

Please keep in mind this was my first (and last) time at this hotel, although I’ve been staying at hotels in the area for about 10 years. I always wondered what it was like. My introduction to what was going to be a LONG 3 days was the WIFI, which wouldn’t connect. Called the front desk, who suggested restarting the computer (thanks!), and then put me thru to some Pakistani help desk. The help desk lady wants to know the hotel telephone number and address...which I didn’t have. Instead of looking it up, she hangs up on me. You walk into the room and immediately smell old smoke, which they attempted to cover up…like a bad Vegas hotel. The room itself is ok, but cramped...especially the bathroom. it reminds me of one of those places designed by a guy who never spent a night in a hotel in his life. If you’ve ever been to Manhattan, where space is at a premium…this is one of those rooms…except you’re not overlooking the Park…you’re in Schaumburg! LOL The place can’t be 20% full, but the geniuses at the front desk place me right next to the Clampetts, who talk to each other like they are yelling across a baseball diamond. In all fairness, the noise level at the hotel is terrible. You can hear every word of anyone walking down the hall. Oh, and the bed is like something from a really bad Fairfield Inn...basically unsleepable! In sum, the place reminds me of Philadelphia: The place “used to be something.” Aside from that, it’s a GREAT place! PS And forget about all the lovely photos online (which must have cost a fortune). Everything is closed for COVID. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The service and site was perfect for my trip. The room was clean and everything worked as required. Although it was during COVID the ability to get food an beverage delivered worked fine. My check in and check out worked fine and everyone operated per COVID protocol. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
