There is a guy at the curb, they used to be called bell captains, baggage men. His name is Craig. He set the tone for my whole experience to be a positive one. He was professional, kind, incredibly caring and I really appreciate how he treated me and my wife. His honesty was another really cool thing. We had friends that were there to have lunch with us after we checked in. I tipped Craig and few minutes later my friend had not seen me tip Craig so he offered him more money. Craig looked at him and sid, Mr. Ziegmann has already tipped me, there is no need for you to tip me too. If I ever bring a ferrari to the island I will have him park it. I would give him my Rolex to take it to be cleaned. What a great guy. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We also went to Aulani. The cleanliness and customer service at the Hyatt was so much better. The ladies at the Heritage Center always greeted us like we were family whenever we passed by them when we were not in class with them. The bartender/waiter at the Shore was so nice - he let our kids sit outside with their take-out food from elsewhere at a very nice table, served them water in glasses, gave us plenty of napkins, all without us asking or expecting any of it. Outside tables on the 1st flr were always clean for us to eat our take-out food, trash cans were always emptied. Robert at the pool rental area was super nice and generous. He gave us boogie boards that other families left, otter pops, and blown-up doughnut floaties. The whole staff was always so smiley and went above and beyond. The Healthcare workers discount was much appreciated. The rest, relaxation, and kindness from your hotel and Waikiki was much needed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. - From a couple of physicians and pharmacists. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fantastic location right in the middle of the Waikiki strip. The room was larger than expected and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and the beach chairs and towels were convenient. We enjoyed every part of our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent hotel, location and service. Very happy I chose this hotel to stay for the 10 days I was here to do business. The room package included resort fee, parking and a daily hotel credit for dining. Can't wait to come back with the family. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great resort!!!! Covid travel to Hawaii

We chose to travel to Hawaii due to the safety measures in place- everything went super smooth, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. This resort was wonderful!! The location was probable my favorite part. You walk out of the lobby, and your just steps from the beach, with restaurants within close walking distance either direction. There were a few shops still closed within the resort, and surrounding area, due to Covid, but it did not affect our vacation in any way. Plenty of restaurants open to eat. The resort was absolutely clean and beautiful, and the staff was amazingly friendly!!! I can’t even begin to say enough good things about how kind and helpful all the staff was. The crowds were non existent during our stay, and it was wonderful. The beach in the area of the Hyatt was perfect too. There were a few homeless along the street, but this did not affect us in any way. There was a strong, affective presence of law enforcement, and they were all so kind and helpful. My husband and I definitely felt Safe, for being a big city type location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
