Do not stay there!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Dirty dirty dirty! We checked in around 6pm, as soon as we got in the room I noticed a HUGE blood 🩸 stain on the duvet. I called the front desk and I was treated like “ YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID”. The front desk manager moved us to a different room, which was even worse. The bed sheets wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests, they organized the room and didn’t change the bed sheets. This time we had maintenance bringing the keys to our room and he was very sweet and apologetic. Two minutes later we got a call from the front desk Manager saying if we were not happy with the service we were welcome to leave the property. WHAT??? I worked in the hotel industry for over 5 years, I have never sem such a poor and disrespectful staff/ service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I loved my stay!!! Even with COVID-19 regulation in place the staff accommodated where possible and able. I missed the buffets they normally have but I thought the breakfast they had was great and they were fast to bring to you. Thank you this was a well needed getaway! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A once glorified neglected motel

This place was unbelievable (in a poor way!) Stayed here in past with completely opposition experiences. Perhaps we can chuck some of that up to Covid. Completely unacceptable. First we checked in as a family of 8 and despite calling ahead of booking to inquire about poops were told we get 2 hrs daily. August in the desert. 116. Next the incl breakfast was limited to three choices. Twice mine were wrong b/c I don’t think the person taking my order actually spoke English. The 1st room reeked of smoke so bad we had to change. Staff at desk seemed amiable. After moving my 6 kids into two (separated rooms b/c sadly none close) child #1 uses the bathroom & the tp holder completely falls off. Toiletries clogged after 1 use. Never regained useability. Used my husbands room for the remainder of the stay. The biggest pet peeve I had was they charge you a hearty resort fee but nothing was open. There was litterly no where to go but the stuffy room that was in no way 3.5 stars. The cleaning lady despite asking her to clean the 2nd day did not. A spill remained in the hallway slathered by a pool towel in main area for 2 days. The bathroom pool felt like I was in a public Tijuana restroom. The pool was falling apart & they seemed to employ a full time worker who liquid bailed tile back on and masking taped. Yes masking tape. No one seemed to discourage competing loud music at the pool or the occasional smoker. Don’t insist on rules your not willing to enforce- it ruins it for the rest of us. The tables by the pool clearly hasn’t been wiped after a heavy Saturday usage but at least we didn’t need bracelets to swim Sunday am. But by then it was time to find another hotel. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Pleasantly surprised

Even with the pandemic restrictions, this hotel was a very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and professional and everything was explained. Room was very clean and well appointed. Available amenities were wonderful and staff were professional and attentive. I will stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Horrible Hotel

I booked the resort for my family this past weekend knowing that the weather was well over 100 degrees looking for a resort with a pool. I called to ensure that the pool was open and they told me politely that yes it was and that was all. When I checked in, after completing the entire check in process, the front desk informed me that they started a signup sheet to limit the amount of people and that the pool was booked for the day. They proceeded to tell us and my child that we could stay in the room the rest of the day and use the pool the next day. I told them that this is not communicated anywhere on the website or was it told to me on the phone. They rudely said sorry and dismissed me to check in the next guest. The pool was the only reason to book the hotel because we surely weren't going there to stay in the room. After voicing my concern, they told me they would credit the stay. Days later, they still have not credited my account. I would strongly suggest never staying there. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
