Hotel is closed to guests for the academic year
Jul 13th, 2020
For those considering this wonderful location, it is unfortunately closed for the academic year. The hotel rooms will be leased to students and used as a dorm for the academic year. Hopefully the beautiful property that was just finally updated will be respected by the students and will remain in lovely condition for hotel guests the following year. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Once the worlds largest Union, it has early last century charm and feel. It’s a Union, it’s a Hotel run like the old days, it’s many restaurants, it’s shops, it’s activities like bowling. I bet it was the first shopping mall before we knew what they were! Love roaming the beautiful big halls. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Stay at Indiana University

The Biddle center in the Indiana Memorial Union is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are updated, the beds very comfortable. A delicious breakfast in the Tudor is served. Of course the location is fantastic on the scenic IU campus. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Best place to stay

The IMU Biddle Hotel is amazing! The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed there most recently for an IU admitted student Red Carpet Day and the convenience was terrific. The registration for the event was 50 steps away from our door, so we did not have to lug our coats or other belongings around. Check out was a very generous 1p! We will always stay here when we visit Bloomington!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great location at Indiana University

My son and I stayed here for a night because he had a scholarship interview at IU. Although I did my grad work at IU I had never had occasion to stay at the hotel. It was lovely. Nice room with beautiful round window, very clean and modern. It was also very quiet. The hotel staff were super helpful with directions and suggestions. The hotel is within an easy walk of downtown Bloomington and innumerable restaurants. Our stay included a full breakfast at the Tudor Room in the Union and free parking. Late checkout of 1pm is really nice too. Will definitely consider another stay if IU is my son's college choice or I just want to visit Bloomington again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
