Welcoming staff and great service

Stayed in King with terrace. Hotel is a little dated but very picturesque and in a great location. Understandable but unfortunate that the restaurant and spa are closed Mon-Wed which were the days we stayed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Spactacular Service and Wonderful Accommodations!

A friend and I stayed at Loretto last weekend and it was hands down THE BEST hotel experience I have ever experienced anywhere. You will likely be greeting personally by Hal Leonard, the General Manager of the hotel. A true hospitality professional, he will not only enthusiastically show you around the hotel but he will check in with you regularly to make sure your every need is met. All of the staff were equally welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were clean and well furnished, and the beds are super comfortable. We took advantage of pool-side food and drink service from the on-site restaurant Luminaria, got a massage and a pedicure at the spa (both of which were amazing), and we visited the Loretto Chapel on site as well as several other local historical landmarks. When we did venture outside of the hotel, Hal and Rebecca not only had great recommendations, they were willing to make a call right then to make a reservation for you or give directions. The hotel is located in the middle of the downtown area and everything was within short walking distance. I just cannot recommend this place enough! We will absolutely be returning. Restful week at Loretto

This was my first visit to Santa Fe. The Inn and Spa at Loretto was a good choice for us. We stayed in a lovely one bedroom suite with dual balconies and a fireplace. The property is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the Luminaria was delicious. Drinks at the lounge with bartenders Shanahan and Christian were terrific; both very nice guys who love their jobs. Despite COVID precautions we had a great visit. Loretto was more private and slower paced than other hotels, some directly on the plaza. We were close enough to walk everywhere for shopping, dining or sightseeing. It was great to park the car and be afoot for a week. The Spa at Loretto was quite nice, with large comfortable rooms and a delightful staff. We enjoyed massages one day and reflexology another. Kevin H. was a great massage therapist and a very caring and friendly guy. He's passionate about helping people and it shows in his work. I highly recommend him for any of your massage therapy needs. Nicky does a great job as Bellman, builds a great fire and is a very friendly, professional guy. My only recommendation would be that the suites have jacuzzi tubs on their balconies. The pool is nice, but there is no jacuzzi on the premise. I would definitely consider this resort for a future stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Absolutely love this hotel chain

When in New Mexico, we always find the heritage hotels to be above and beyond. Friendly, professional service, nice and comfortable rooms, and first rate facilities/ restaurants. It’s always a good value. Very centrally located. I’m a very picky, seasoned traveler. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very disappointed with the our stay. The rooms are painted dark color. The hallways smelled like a port-a-potty. Also no more for clothes to be hung.. I would definitely stay at another place and pay a lower amount. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
