Kyle is Awesome

Jul 9th, 2019

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is our go to place when in Baltimore. Our last visit, we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, and Kyle, the service guy, was awesome. He went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable. Thanks to his genuine concern, we had a very cool, pleasant stay. Way to go Kyle👏🏻 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lacrosse Team Hotel

Jul 8th, 2019

We were there with a lacrosse group. The AC in the hotel lobby, restaurant and several of the rooms was not working properly. If we were not so exhausted we would have gone out to dinner but instead stayed and ate at the hotel bar. There was ONE waiter/bartender. He was a nice guy but obviously was unable to adequately serve and bar-tend for the entire restaurant. It would have been worth it to just drive to the inner harbor and go to a hotel with a pool and in walking distance to restaurants. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Avoid this hotel if you can

Apart from its location, there is nothing worth staying at this hotel. The room had a blacony under construction which started 7.45AM. It is really to sleep in with people talking right next to you .. their parking is a whopping $24.00 a day and the cleanliness of the elevator and surrounding areas is simply shocking! Only Game in Town

Jul 4th, 2019

Staff was great but hotel is very tired - lucky they are the only hotel across from Hopkins. The feeling in the room was things were not clean. Even things like waking up at 7am and having no coffee service was annoying. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Saved our trip

I stumbled over this hotel after having the worst experience with the hotel I had booked (Holiday Inn Express Baltimore), I checked out after a few hours and went looking for another hotel. We were there it look at colleges and this is located right across from Johns Hopkins University. This resort is lovely, and. beautifully maintained. It has a restaurant but is walking distance to the ‘downtown’ restaurants and shops. There is underground parking.. it’s in a nice upscale area surrounded by large stone or brick homes. I would heartily recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
