Accommodations are well appointed and many offer views of the lake and Rogers Centre (SkyDome) or the CN Tower. ... Being attached to the Metro Convention Centre gives this a central city location for shopping, business, dining and entertainment needs.

Attached to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, this large but unassuming hotel is a good bet for visiting business people, but leisure travelers can also find deals on weekends or during slow periods. It's also less than a five-minute walk to the stellar live theater and restaurants on King Street West.

Given its high-rise location next to the CN Tower and connection to the local convention center, the InterContinental's style – enormous and slick – is not surprising considering the neighborhood. With large, spacious rooms, a picturesque indoor pool, and an open-concept bar and restaurant right in the lobby, the hotel is ideal for business travelers, individual tourists, and families who appreciate convenience and sophistication.

In the rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views, especially on the upper south side for a panorama of the harbor and lake. The upper six floors have been updated, in a comfortable contemporary-style featuring 7-foot mirrors and slate grey decor.
