Great Wheelchair user friendly place to stay
Nov 30th, 2020
Im a wheelchair user and have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. It is so comforting to have places like Itara in Townsville. The staff couldn't do enough for me, they removed does, fitted shower hoses, the room was cleaned immaculately. But most of al therel was a warm and friendly atmosphere they created. i would thoroughly recommend the Itara for wheelchair users. As well as anyone else staying in Townsville TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I was a needy tenant for 9 days and the staff were very helpful and obliging. It is beautiful beside the river. Handy to everything. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Lovely walking track as well. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very clean and modern

Had a nice clean apartment with modern furniture and a nice TV which is a good change form your standard old plasma TV in apartment/hotels. Only downside was the bed was two single bedf frames combines which isn't the most comfy TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting our son. Great location with views of the river. Several restaurants/takeaway close by. Large apartment, fitted out with everything needed for holiday stay. Easy checkin and friendly staff. Thank you! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
