Where do I start. First and foremost this hotel is on top of the proper health and safety protocols for guests and staff. Now let’s talk about staffing! We can’t say enough about these gentlemen: William - server at Cafe d’ Artiste. What a superstar! He really knows how to connect with guests and take care that you need for nothing. So knowledgeable about the menu and made our evening so special As he did many times throughout our stay. Oscar - Griffin pool porter. Very kind and attentive. Julio - Concierge. So very welcoming and helpful. Gabriel - pool porter. Very helpful. Rodrigo P. - server at Nak. Very engaging, friendly and great at his job. The cascading property is beautiful and beachfront with many pools and I think four dining outlets. The property is one of the furthest from the city of Cabo San Lucas but that’s great a because it’s very relaxing, and it’s not a long ride into Cabo. All food was really good. Like most Cabo properties they recommend no swimming in the Sea of Cortez because the undercurrent is so treacherous! Do not underestimate it even once. My stay at the JW Marriott in Cabo was everything one dreams. Prestine, tranquil and beautiful architecture. Even though I traveled during Covid, the team handled each patron with extreme care. The place was clean and social distancing was in effect. In addition, the resort adopted new methods to ensure safety. Such as digital menus, and card transactions. Despite Covid, the JW was lovely and would suggest anybody to give it a taste. Food was prepped great and the pool was relaxing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Safe and sanitary detaway

We came to Cabo in July after months of being locked in the house/working. We booked immediately for a trip back mid-September because of the staff and cleanliness (and ability to space out) The precautions taken for safety are next level - everything is sanitized, thermometers everywhere and the staff is constantly cleaning and wiping down everything Back in July, we stayed at the Griffen Club (which is supposed to be a lot different than it it now in regular times). We had a server named William and no joke - he is the best server we have ever had. We were upset to see that he was no longer working the Griffen Pool area but happened to bump into him at Artisan (the restaurant on site) Drinks there are top notch and the tuna app /lobster special was 9.5/10 The only slight negative here With Griffen you are supposed to have access to a private pool (everyone from all over the resort is able to use it). This threw us off a bit as we stayed here to stay away from people haha - there is enough space for all I guess but it should not be marketed as a private pool for Griffen Club TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

check in to the room was easy! property is well maintained and the pools are great! we especially enjoyed the swim up bar. food and drinks were very good and service very attentive. transportation to and from hotel very easy to arrange. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

So we just came from Solaz (5 stars) and thought this would be too. We were wrong. As Marriott a platinum members our room is barely ocean partial view. They charged my 4 year old for a fruit platter. Today we had no running water for several hours, with no advance notice or communication from management. Our air conditioning won’t go below 22.5 despite a visit from maintenance. And to top it off, the elevators are not working tonight. This place needs a refresh. Bonvoy members, save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else. This is not worth your time. We canr wait to go home tomorrow. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
