at the Jade Mountain

Jade Mountain provides a secret hide-away in a hidden bungalow that connects one to to outdoors. There are three walled rooms with a soaking tub overlooking the beautiful bay and a picturesque view of the Pitons. The service was friendly and impeccable. we did have our personal butlers which made our stay more enjoyable. We felt cared for and attended to in most every way. The amenities are terrific as well. The food was amazing as well. The only issue is the last 2 mile road from the town to the resort. It is full of potholes, ruts and narrow passes. The legend is that it keeps people away from their resort and beaches, which are public. Beyond that, we loved Jade Mountain. Overall, this is a fantastic, artistic, architectural wonder that combines beauty, function and connection with the environment like no other. I would definitely return! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Booked vacation at Jade Mountain for first week of April 2020 but had to cancel due to travel restrictions. Pre-paid $16,000. Cancelled within policy guidelines for full refund less 5%. Jade Mountain did not refund my credit card even though they said would and after several requests.... They kept the $16,000! Had to file a complaint with AMEX who credited my account. Shame on Jade Mountain and I will never ever book a vacation with this or related resorts TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Jaw dropping beauty

No Windows, No Walls, No Glass, No Doors. Stayed for 2 nights as we scouted the island on a business trip. Cons: Just 1 To get here, you drive up one of the most treacherous roads and hills that you will ever see. Unfortunately for me I had a rental so I did the drive myself. Pros: Everything. Just go ahead and knock it off your bucket list. St Lucia is magical. The Pitons must be seen in person. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Don't hesitate if you have a chance to stay at Jade Mountain. We can't believe it took us this long to stay, and you won't be disappointed, especially if you love being in the open air all the time. There's not much else to say that hasn't already been stated and we'll certainly be going back! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Second visit to Jade Mountain - Even better than the last!!

I waited 5 years to return to Jade Mountain, this time as our 15 year anniversary vacation. I won't repeat everything from my last review, but will try to add any new details and experiences. First off, and best of all, Jade Mountain takes very good care of their returning guests. I was absolutely flabbergasted when we were upgraded upon arrival to a Galaxy sanctuary. That kind of service and accommodation was certainly not expected and very much appreciated. As my last review states, this place is paradise unparalleled, by far the most relaxing, beautiful, indulgent vacation possible. The food was as fantastic as I remember. So many dishes prepared with fresh fruits and vegetables. Fish, seafood, and amazing vegetarian dishes everywhere. We ate exclusively at the Jade Club or in our sanctuary. Every meal felt like some of the best food I've ever eaten, and most of the food comes in portions that don't leave you feeling like you can't walk out of there. I had a medical issue during my stay that required a doctor's attention. Once again, Jade overdelivered. They have a doctor on call 24/7 who helped me with my issue and had medication delivered to me in less than an hour. What could have ruined a trip was taken care of in the most efficient and caring manner possible. These are not things you think about before going on a trip, and not something most resorts "advertise", but absolutely something that would make or break your experience. Lastly, we went scuba diving on this trip (which we didn't last time), and the reef from the shore dive was absolutely incredible. Healthy corals, thousands of fish, all just steps from Jade. The dive master was so nice and made for a great afternoon. We "upgraded" to the sunset jazzy cruise from the half day sail, which was fine and fun, but I think I would stick with the sailing trip if I were to do it again. All in all, I will most definitely be back and this place overdelivers in every way possible. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
