Great boutique resort & spa for our annual sisters’ getaway!
Feb 16th, 2020
My sister and I loved this small but beautiful resort near Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The staff are warm and friendly- a special recognition goes out to Peter from the Coral Café!! Peter was very personable and always went the extra mile to ensure our dining experience was exceptional! As well we have to mention trainees Javaun (server) and Ayesha (entertainment) - both these trainees stood out as working extra hard to ensure our vacation was memorable! Kimberly Davis, George and Jermaine (Coral Cafè) also deserve recognition for their exceptional service...And last we must acknowledge Kimesha, Melissa and Vashi from the Radiant Spa for their wonderful massage and reflexology treatments during our stay!! We loved this resort and will definitely be returning next year!! The happy sisters from 🇨🇦 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
THIS RESORT IS NOT LUXURY
Feb 13th, 2020
We are at the resort right now . 13/2/2020 It may have been luxury when it was Sandals but not anymore . Check in , disaster , took for ever , two set of card keys , neither worked , maids master key didnt work . Finally given different room . It was a shoe box garden view with a bathroom so small you had to stand in the tub to close the door . No opening windows , no balcony . Finally after complaining we go the premium room we paid for . Much better bigger with balcony but tired and dated . Ok we will make the best of it . Food . Typical resort fare nothing special , you wont starve . Service , nothing special , bar service is slow . Beach , 100yrds fenced both ends , if your a beach walker ...forget it . Pools . Two pools main pool busiest , nice waterfall . Ok Quiet pool .....no bartender during the day at the swim up bar ????? Hello !!!!! Grounds are clean and well kept , maintenance is being done however some A hole with gas powered leaf blower at lunchtime blowing leaves every day . Im about to stick that leaf blower nozzle where the sun doesnt shine . This is an adults only resort ......my wife was reprimanded on the beach by a surly resort staff member for being topless at the quiet end of the beach .......excuse me but have you seen some of the beer bellied man boobs on this beach , how about telling them to cover up .Needless to say we just ignored her and carried on . Speaking of quiet end of the beach beyond the fence are the “weed vultures” constantly whistling and trying to get your attention to go buy tacky t shirts and of course weed . This resort is overdue for renovation and it really needs to step up to the plate to get into the same league as “couples resorts “ they are way superior . Pay the little extra and pick a “couples” resort at tower isle etc its worth the extra and way better . We don’t recommend booking this resort and wont come back . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

very nice people and comfortable clean resort. kim was a fantastic person who made us feel welcome. The resort is small and comfortable, easy to get around and the staff seemed to truly care about the happiness of the guests. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I very much enjoyed my stay. First I did the day pass then I went back for a weekend. Cost is reasonable, drinks and food unlimited. The bartenders are efficient..they move quickly and the drinks are delicious..the food is soooo good. I have recommended this place to others and they tell me they had a great time as well TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed Feb 1 -8. The best thing is that the resort was clean. It advertised 5 restaurants including a buffet. The buffet was closed 3 out of 7 nights. There were 3 restaurants, a pizza area and a hamburger place with a couple other options. The staff was inconsistent. Some were very kind and helpful and others pretty surly. The resort is small as is the beach area. You have to get up pretty early to get a seat at the beach. If you want a cabana for shade it cost $125. There are meals with steak and sea food but these too cost extra. The all inclusive title is misleading. The entertainment program in the evening was pretty limited as well. A house band played in a relatively small space but were so loud you could not have a conversation. I would not return here and therefore don’t recommend it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
