The only valid part of the name of hotel is its location

This hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. The AC did not work efficiently only at 6 am. We complained, a tech came up at 8 pm and cleaned the filter and vacuumed the unit, still to no avail. The beach is a joke! there is no beach it has been washed away and now you have boulders of rocks in the water, totally unsafe and no lifeguard on duty. The pool bar is filthy. The food is fine if you want greasy comfort food. And the price, I would have rather stayed at the Four Seasons. We were supposed to stay two nights we left after 1 and still paid for the second, very disappointed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great place to relax and enjoy the city of Jupiter!!

We just finished our 3-day stay at the Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa, where we decided to go to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience could have not been better. From the doorman to the hotel manager everyone offers a smile and great service. We got there on Friday morning, parking is free and even with a fully booked hotel we did not have a hard time to find an open space; a very short walk to main entrance. Valet parking was also available. The Doorman was very friendly and offered us to carry our luggage to the check in desk . Check-in process was a breeze, our room was ready, and the front desk associate gave a us a quick guide of all the amenities and activities the hotel was offering that weekend. Room was spacious, clean, a safe, ect. one drawback was no refrigerator in the room. We left our bags in the room and went for a walk to check out the property; we noticed cleanness and organization at the pool, the Jacuzzi, and the pool bar area. The beach was right down the steps from the pool area and at no extra cost they provided us with long-chairs, umbrella, beach towels; everything you need to relax your afternoon while admiring the ocean. They also have personnel in the beach area that can provide you with drinks and food. To me that was a great plus because i did want to get up and down the steps every time we wanted a drink. To us, hotel location is priority and this hotel could not have a better one. The property sits right in the middle of all the actions; restaurants, the Jupiter light house, Busch wildlife sanctuary, and the Jupiter inlet area are all within couple of miles from the hotel. One of Jupiter's most popular restaurant, called Little Moir's food shack, is within walking distance in case you want to enjoy a nice walk with your spouse and family. We made the right choice to select Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa as our spot to celebrate our weeding anniversary weekend. Great customer service, great location, in a great city!! We will come back! Older building but renovated rooms were excellent, clean, everything worked, very functional room. Food was off the hook, plenty, tasted great and reasonable for what you got. From Justin, GM & Brandon F&B and on down the staff was outstanding, did not run into one person who wasn't smiling or helpful, very cool! Thank you Latoya for the best massage ever and the night time security guard (Wednesday and Thursday) who was cordial, professional and still super helpful and has a real sense of customer service. Never seen that in an overnight security guard any place. Also, Travis the bartender, very professional and a true master of his craft, made it fun to sit at the pool bar with a view of the ocean. Highly recommend this hotel for the experience there and due to being in the vicinity to so many excellent venues, tiki bars, restaurants (most places a $6 Uber ride). TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

In Florida with family for memorial service and trying to find somewhere on the ocean for breakfast which is pretty tricky in this area. This prior Sunday we took a ride up to the Jupiter Beach resort and they serve a full breakfast either outside or inside. Was great to be outside. Food was good. I think the server was having a bit of an off morning but other than that great spot to enjoy breakfast and look at over the ocean . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
