Smelly

Nov 19th, 2019

While the hotel is situated beautifully on the beach the hotel is old, tired and smells of bad cleaning/coconut solutions. The room is dark, the beds fill up most of the room and you can’t get around them easily. There was no night stand on one side of the bed. The carpet was frayed. The cabinets were chipped and there was a cleaning rag left in the room with that overpowering smell. Dinner was good and the service was excellent. For what we paid for the room I would have expected far better accommodations. We were to have stayed 4 nights and checked out after one and moved into the Wyndham Grand. New, clean and a lot cheaper. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location

Nov 15th, 2019

Stayed at the Jupiter beach resort 6 nights ok the good great staff perfect location right on the beach now the not so gd expensive food expensive drinks 16.00 for a kettle one and cranberry but the main thing is the room definitely needs to be updated don’t have queen size bed only two full size or king just a heads up need to do a much better job keeping this hotel clean for the price they want to stay here. If u don’t need to be on the beach the Wyndam is a much better choice I’ve stayed at both. Don’t let the lobby of the jbr fool you. Get your act together Jupiter beach resort before this place goes down hill anymore Please do something with those rooms old school and dated TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Awful value for pricing

Nov 6th, 2019

My family and I stayed in a “double suite” in pace of a standard room. The cost was $390/night plus $29 daily resort fee. The room was awful. The hotel has no queen beds only king or full. Room had several broken lights, smelled of mildew, and had 2 doors that connect to adjacent rooms. The doors were paper thin, and you can hear everything above a whisper. The staff was not responsive to our requests. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location, beautiful beach, delicious food and pro service

Nov 6th, 2019

It's a beautiful location on the beach and even though we were there for business we soaked in the relaxed atmosphere. The food was incredible, service was great! I used the gym a few times and it's a decent hotel gym. Sunrises are stunning, the temperature in May was just perfect. We had the conference room next to the kitchen and sometimes could hear 'kitchen noise' but was absolutely doable. Highly recommend for private or business trips. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This place is the perfect place to relax

Oct 17th, 2019

JBR is a very quiet, quaint, relaxing resort. The beach is a quick minute walk from whichever room you have at the hotel. The surrounding beaches are private, which means very few people taking up beach space. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of the best perks is the fresh made coffee in the lobby outside the restaurant daily until 10am. Without a dunkin' or a starbucks nearby this is a huge help to get your day started. No fee to park, which is always a plus. This resort doesn't nickel and dime. Free beach chairs and all. This is one of our favorite places to go relax. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
