I have stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel. Everything was good. From breakfast where you can order everything you want till Housekeeping.The best thing is that you even have the best bar and Bartender of Hungary in the Hotel. Thanks to Norbert for amazing drinks. the hotel it's really nice and very welcoming the stuff it's really friendly and the rooms are very clean and well maintained downstairs the atmosphere it's good and the drinks and the food it's very good and i love how they decorate for every single holiday a pity they don't have a pool but i hope they do it in the future 😂🙄 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

What an excellent hotel!

I booked this hotel for a weekend as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and our stay was amazing! This was still before lockdown so I cannot comment as to any changes since. I booked through Amex and paid approx £330 for 2 nights (excl breakfast) which included a $100 SPA voucher as they had an offer on with Amex at the time. This is an extremely reasonable price for the level of care and service offered especially for those used to Western Europe prices. I should add that I booked this fairly late and also this was Valentines weekend! The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, they speak English perfectly and were able to accommodate a special request - I called in advance to ask for a bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival and it was there as agreed, no reminders needed! We also received a room upgrade (I think this was part of the Amex offer though). The food was excellent, on our arrival we ordered room service which was delivered quickly and was delicious! The location is perfect as it is so close to the centre and all the landmarks as well as a lot of top restaurants. We also used the SPA where we had a couples massage and time in the SPA (excellent big pool and steam room). Our treatment was great, both me and my boyfriend enjoyed it very much and the pressure was exactly how each of us likes it. This place really offers you a VIP service. Inside the hotel is luxurious but tasteful and staff are always there to help! They also offer airport transfers if required. Staying in such an incredible hotel really made our visit to the beautiful Budapest even more unforgettable! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Christmas meetings

Really nice hotel, rooms very nice and clean, as you would expect from a hotel like this. Christmas markets all around it. Very central just 2 minutes from the river. The business meeting facilities are excellent which we used each day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Christmas & New Year - Marvellous Hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for Christmas 2019 and saw in the 2020 New Year in the Blue Fox Bar within the hotel. Absolutely 5* fabulous hotel ... we were met upon check-in by Norbert (head of restaurants within the hotel) I was offered seating plans for my dining experiences. Dined in Nobu numerous times (which is situated within the hotel) and also enjoyed the other restaurant / bar. The Blue Fox Bar was a lot of fun on New Years Eve ... Enjoyed unlimited champagne with a fabulous New Years dinner, Had a great party hosted by the other fabulous Norbert within the hotel. Also, the 'Red Ladies' were the best and so helpful throughout our wonderful stay ... I even got a small cuddly toy upon checkout! (It has been named Norbert!) Thanks for a totally amazing stay ... we will definitely return to your wonderful hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
