Excellent Covid protocols with friendly sincere service

At first I was just stopping for a meal but ended up staying the night. Was so impressed by the seriousness of the Covid protocols. Like they are really trying to curb the spread of the virus and not just going through the motions. Also impressed by the sincere friendliness of the service. Every employee came across as a nice person who enjoys their job and not just trained in what to do. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

As always, the service is excellent. Inside and out it is clean and fresh. During the pandemic I tell everyone it's probably the safest place in Texas. We look forward to return within a couple of weeks. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Smokers Beware

Zero stars if possible. My boyfriend is a heavy smoker and this is a non smoking facility. They will charge you 250 dollars if you smoke in the room. HE DID NOT. I understand he smells like smoke and brings the smell into the room and there is nothing I can do about that. But they charged me and claimed they found ashes all over the floor and a burn on the sheets. These are fraudulent charges and a fraudulent claim. I feel they took advantage of the fact there was a smell of smoke in the room. When I called for an explanation I was told word for word "well the charges already went through so". They also stated they had proof, but refused to show it to me. Soooo they will charge you, but won't show you proof of the charges. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Hotel rooms have substandard cleanliness and the food in the restaurants are poor. The casino is not kept clean and is way too over packed. It was easy to get a reservation. They do not control the amount of people that are inside during this pandemic. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Enjoyed our stay at Kickapoo. Place is very clean and sanitized to enjoy the casino. Did not have to worry about social distancing everyone kept their space and distance.would recommend Kickapoo to anyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
