I spent five nights at the Carlyle with my first year adult leadership class last February. This is the best place to stay! They treat you like royalty here! It really does become your home! Many thanks to Brian, Wayne, Kenya, and Cassandra! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and made our stay so pleasant, especially Manuel, Will, Wayne and Bethany. The rooms are small but well decorated; our room had a great shower; however, there is limited space for clothing if you are staying for awhile. Good coffee in the lobby in the morning and several newspapers to read. Also the hotel price includes uber rides in the morning and evening to nearby destinations. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel was great. The room was beautiful, and bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the body wash and shampoo! Free uber morning and late afternoon to convention Center (and surrounding areas). Staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Brian, Ashley, Manuel, Will and Wayne. Highly recommend this hotel! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent customer service. I am always greeted warmly and efforts are made to insure comfort and safety. The morning coffe is lovely and I always enjoy just sitting there taking in the music. Conmvenient location for my visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Too hip for its own good

Woefully understaffed. Check in at a busy time took far too long. Rooms are small but well-renovated. Check out in the early morning took a long time. Had to wait for the one person who also puts out the coffee. Fussy and a little pretentious. I won’t be back. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
