Excellent with lots of “above and beyond” care and attention to us as guests.

Jul 6th, 2020

The gentleman who checked us in was B E Y O N D helpful, cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He went above and beyond in many areas. I needed to use the business computer and due to covid many things were unavailable. He went and sanitized the entire work station and even checked on me during my use to see if I needed anything. I travel often and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel and the way they cater to their guests was something that I won’t forget. It’s the little things, people! This guy cares about his work and the impression guests leave with. Bravo! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good and Not so Good

Jul 3rd, 2020

I emailed them a few times with no response so I thought I’d post it hear. I had a great stay. Staff was outstanding. I would have happily paid $25 more a night to stay at the hotel, but to be surprised by a $25 a night fee just leaves me feeling sour. Especially when even if I wanted to take advantage of any of the amenities I had not idea they were available. I overheard someone talking about the $10 a day credit so that’s good but I had no idea we could use the gym or utilize any of the other services, most of which seemed a little like long distance calls and faxing? Welcome to 2020😀. I’d make sure the check in staff is not skipping explaining the amenity policy. And, since I paid for the booking through a third party there was no info listed about the amenity policy. I would think the hotel could dictate that 3rd parties must post information about it to avoid sour reactions from future guests. I did enjoy my stay but I would be lying if I said I didn’t have some irritation about this issue. A $30 a day parking fee is not surprising downtown, but $25 fee a day on top of that? But with more transparency I probably would have accepted it. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Business trip

Great time there, close to all kinds of places to eat and the stadium. The staff was friendly and even when I accidently took home the key to the mini bar they said no worry it happens all the time. Food they prepared for our meetings was very good. Door greeter to checkout to housekeeping were all very nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel and a nice walk to the convention centre, relaxed pool and bar on the mezzanine where we watched the Superbowl recently. The staff are first class throughout the hotel with special thanks to Fadila in Housekeeping who took the trouble to send my Kindle back to me in the UK when I left it in the room on a recent visit!.An extra bonus was access to the EOS gym facilities across the courtyard, they are absoultely huge and amazing facilities for when the jet lag wakes you up at 4am :) TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great for work and pleasure

Excellent property. Very professional staff. Roof top bar / pool is amazing to unwind and walking distance to just about everything. I have and will continue to come back here. I have stayed here 2x's and although both were for business, they both included some happy hour on the roof as well as a private hosted happy hour in the hotel bar. Clean room and fun accommodations!
