It just your standard older hotel

Aug 19th, 2019

The hotel is just your typical standard hotel but it’s very well maintained and clean. The location is good and walking distance to Pike Place Market and other tourist spot. For its price, they should at least offer more service to its guest. They don’t even have a free bottle water in the room. Also, they should at least offer some breakfast. Parking is very expensive in this property, $42 per day. They also charge you $22 per day resorts fee in addition to the room charges. I may consider other IHG property when I come back to Seattle. Lovely Historic Boutique Hotel

Aug 15th, 2019

This charming boutique hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Seattle. We were warmly welcomed after a long day of travel and were checked in very quickly. The service here is outstanding, and our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. An added bonus is the evening wine tasting in the lobby. A very enjoyable stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice property but did not like the additional charges

Aug 15th, 2019

The property was in a good location, central to most of Seattle's attractions (we walked everywhere) but I did not like the none optional charges for WIFI when having paid a substantial amount of money for the room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Quick Overnight

Aug 7th, 2019

We checked in later the in evening for one overnight. We were leaving early in the morning to head to Victoria, Canada on the ferry. So not much time to really experience this hotel. I liked the wine theme, especially the use of the wine corks on the wall. The room was clean, and the room offered a bit more space which was great for our repacking. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I might be done with Kimpton

Aug 5th, 2019

It’s a nice hotel in a decent but not great neighborhood. We had to walk a bit to find good restaurants. This was the most expensive and smallest room we had on a 3-week trip to Canada and Seattle. And most disappointing. The staff was incredibly nice and the receptionist kept sending texts to see if all was well. However, we found the mandatory $17 or $18/night “resort fee” for wi-fi (and other amenities) off-putting. At $300 a night, wi-fi should be free. It is at every moderate hotel we stay at! I had to ask for an extra towel because there were only 2 in the room. We had ask for a coffee maker too. Yes, there is a free wine “tasting” around 5:00 but the wine seemed mediocre to us. We travel a lot and are not super picky. But this hotel made us feel nickel and dimed! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
