Lovely hotel

Great hotel, nice room, location is perfect, highly recommended. The bad is soooo comfortable, people are nice in this hotel and willing to help. It's near the library, theatre and close to all the shopping, restuarant and tourists attractions. Defiantly the best hotel ever. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice but could use an update

Jun 11th, 2019

Hotel was nice and clean, room service good. Location good. Wasn’t wow’d at all. Room service was also good. Rooms could use a refresher, I’ve heard great things about Kimpton hotels so I was expecting more but it was good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A gem in Seattle, fantastic service!

Jun 10th, 2019

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton Vintage Seattle. We stayed for five nights at the start of a US/Canada trip to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice. The hotel team even thoughtfully left a bottle of sparkling wine and nibbles in our room on arrival which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was amazing - huge and well appointed, with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. It must be the luck of the drawer with people mentioning small bathrooms as ours was huge and very well equipped. We loved the amazing smelling toiletries and the 'wine theme' throughout the hotel. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while away! The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee each morning, which we enjoyed every day and also a 'wine hour,' where you can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine - although we only made this on one evening as we were usually out exploring. The hotel's location is great, within easy walking distance of almost all the tourist sights and on convenient bus links to out of town locations (including the Woodinville Wine Region). We were a bit surprised by how everything shuts in Seattle so often (closing early and not open on Sundays or Mondays as it was a public holiday during our stay) but obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault - but it's good to bear in mind when planning your stay. The hotel has a small gym (including a Peloton Spin Bike, which I loved using!) and a lovely restaurant attached, which we didn't use but the food smelt delicious! All of the staff in the hotel are lovely, but a HUGE shoutout and thank you to Kaylee - who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From fantastic restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to a cheerful hello when we returned, she is a total asset to the hotel and made our stay very special. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The right place to stay

Jun 4th, 2019

Stayed here for 3 nights before starting a west coast road trip. Checkin was a breeze and were allocated a very nice room in the 8th floor (pretty sure it was an upgrade from what was booked). Had a couple of drinks at the bar (part of the restaurant) very nice wine but pricy! Found the hotel to be centrally located and easily (for those not car dependant) to walk to most things in central Seattle - Pike Place Market, waterfront even the Space Needle - one way though. For the slightly further places Uber came in handy. Only made the wine hour once during the stay but found the lobby area cosy which prompted meeting new folks and great conversation. Whilst coffee in the lobby every morning is great it was a bit of a drag to put clothes on and come down and collect it!! The chilled flavoured water is great too. Really nice hotel and would definitely stay here again if in Seattle. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great hotel , top location

Jun 2nd, 2019

!st visit to Seattle, took rail link from airport, super easy and $3 , lasted about 40 minutes. We had a room on 11th floor, it was really spacious and quiet. We took breakfast at the hotel and recd a $10 credit if you don't need maid service one day. Reception was great, friendly. Near to Pike Market , waterfront and to transport to Space Needle area. Seattle is a very hilly city , so be prepared to do some ups/downs when walking . Really good stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
