Always a Flawless experience.

I get the opportunity to stay in many hotels. My experience here has always been exceptional clean and quiet facilities with a very friendly and efficient staff I highly recommend. There are several hotels in this area and you can't go wrong making a decision to stay here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice hotel. Staff was amazing. The bed. Oh, the bed. I wish I could have taken it home with me.... Or at least a pillow. I travel for work and would definitely stay again.... Especially for the price and the staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A little time off from work

I spent my two weeks vacation at the La Quinta Inn near The Pyramids in northern Indianapolis, IN. The neighborhood is quiet, which I like. The people at the front desk were always friendly to me and agreeable. This is a nice looking hotel inside. 🙂 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Overcharged for room and run down facility

I wasn't going to review at all, but after being overcharged on our credit card for the room, I felt it necessary. We were booked here through a tournament booking agent & sent a confirmation from the hotel of 2 nights w/the total rate to be charged. When we showed up the desk agent had ear buds in and seemed put out by our arrival. It took multiple times to get our key to work every time we tried to come in. The room was very small, hardly any room to move around the beds, it had a microwave that was completely inoperable and the toilet that ran every 5 minutes. The television had all but a few channels "scrambled or unavailable", we couldn't even get local network channels. The pool was completely drained, closed for "maintenance" apparently for several months prior according to previous reviews. After the 1st night, we received a call after leaving for a game asking if we were checking out because we only had a reservation for 1 night and that they were booked for the 2nd night w/no additional rooms. We had to go back to the hotel and show our confirmation email. They said they would "work something out". Apparently reservation issues are common after reading other reviews. The next morning we made it a point to stop at the desk to turn in the keys to our room, let them know about the microwave. We never even mentioned the toilet issue. The same staff we dealt with the day before was working at the time and we left 15 minutes prior to standard check out time. We were not given any paper receipt or sent an email receipt after leaving. Later that day I notice on my credit card 3 separate pending charges on my account, two for the correct nightly rate and an additional charge for $42.12. I thought perhaps they decided to discount the 2nd night due to our issues and that the other charge would come off but a couple of days later when the pending charges posted our 2nd night charges we're combined w/the $42.12 for a posted overcharge. There would have been no reason for the overcharge, there was no damage to the room and we left before the check out time. The booking agency attempted to contact Pinkesh at the hotel and after 10 days received no response. We are disputing the overcharge with our credit card company, but this was by far the worst hotel experience we have had in 7 years of traveling for competitive sports. You would think with having new management that the customer service would be exceptional but this is far from the case. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ran down, run away.

This place saw its heyday during the Reagan administration. Find another place to stay. The doors were about to fall off of their hinges or, the locks didn't work. The elevator smelled like this marijuana farm that I delivered supplies to a couple of months ago. The pool was a gaping hole in the ground. Find a better place. Like the bates motel.
