We were passing through because a death in the family. Over priced for what we got. Due to COVID-19 they had NO breakfast, not even a continental breakfast where they could pre-wrap the food like they do at the grocery store. The place needed to be updated. The wallpaper in the hallways were slit, the carpet had stains everywhere, and the walls had stains. There was a sign on the elevator door that said not to use because it failed inspection and the reasons were listed if you could make it out but the front desk attendant said it was ok to use the elevator TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Checked in, side door, elevator, AC, TV, and jacuzzi tub we paid more for isn’t working. Said all hotels in the area having this issue, we called and they aren’t. They didn’t feel the need to tell us any of this when we checked in??? This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money coming here. There are tons of other hotels in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great place for the price

5/9/20 I stayed here for one night in room 101, closest to an exit per my request. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with all the necessities. The bed was so comfortable I could sleep in it all day. I would most definitely return here again if and when in the area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

While traveling home during the Covid 19 pandemic, we made a stop at this hotel. The first thing that hits you is the smell. Overwhelming and not in a good way. We have a small dog and were registered to stay in room 221. Again a big blast of perfume smell with an underlying smell of dog urine greeted us as we opened the door. Awful. After opening the window and sanitizing every knob and surface we realized the refrigerator did not work. We notified the one lone hotel employee. She said it could be in defrost mode. We really couldn't take the chance that it would be fine as all of our road food in it. We requested a room change. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience. We packed up all of our stuff and did three trips up to room 321. Moderately better but this hotel is dirty in the halls and elevators. Room 221 had large debris on the floor in both the living area and the bathroom. Avoid this hotel at all cost. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
