Dog friendly Tiny Breakfast no noise
Jun 29th, 2020
Relax if you have a dog. No fee and they had us on first were there were other dogs and it is easy to get them outside quickly. Hotel sits further back from freeway so quite. Only noise we heard was 1 dog bark 1 bark. Bagged breakfast is what is typical in thease covid times. This one had only a tiny 100 cal quaker breakfast bar and 1 apple with orange juice and water. The hotel is well priced, well maintained and clean. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed and thus had a lot of extra space in the room where another bed could fit in the room. It was nice because I had plenty of room to get my morning workout done without getting in my husband’s way. I like the fact that the sink area is outside the toilet area because it is easier for two people to get ready at once. Only issue was there weren’t any hooks or rings to hang towels from in the sink area. So I got creative and hung my washcloth and the hand towel in the closet area , it is only a few steps from the sink. I would recommend a top floor, as this is a family hotel complete with indoor pool and the active kiddos tend to announce when they are awake by running and jumping around.Breakfast due to COViD was a sack to go bag with orange juice, water, fruit and a granola bar. So don’t have high expectations for breakfast. You do get a discount at some of the area restaurants with your room key, though I forgot to use it at the local Applebee’s. I would easily stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Very good value choice hotel stay

Large room. Clean and well appointed. Conveniently located just yards from I-15, with plenty of nearby eateries, conveniences. Quiet location, noiseless and efficient room heat/AC system. Good working fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi. There was one major drawback - the bed was quite comfortable, but the five (count 'em, 5) bed pillows were all compactible feather type, offering terrible neck support as they flattened in use unpleasantly. Hated the pillows. Sadly, thanks to Covid-19 precautions, breakfast was a bag of water, juice, apple and granola bar and NO COFFEE available in the lobby area. There is a coffeemaker in the room, but I didn't try it, opting for the Beans & Brew just 100 yards down the road. Overall a great value stay.....except for the pillows! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I travel to Pocatello every month(before COVID) for business and typically stay here, but every time I visit I watch one employee working everything in the facility, getting extremely overwhelmed.Take care of your staff and schedule more people, it will help them and it will help all your guests receive more hospitality. It was sad to see how stressed the workers are due to this. Take care of your people and they will take care of your business. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
