Clean and great service

Nice property, really clean, service and employees are great, friendly and have all the advice that you need. Plenty of gambling and places to eat and they even give you a snack basket in your room and free bottled water. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Nice, quieter place, 3 star hotel is fine for many

Its midweek. The casino and restaurants are mostly empty. The gambling machines are easily available, the restaurants have no waits, and the food is great. Is small enough to be navigable while having the basic Laughlin experience. No spas, no designer shops, but they are all around in town if you want to find that. The food is excellent, best of many places I've been, The staff is great and the service is prompt. This is my go to place in Laughlin for lodging. If I need a show I'll go to another hotel for the show. Has a good size market on site for everything you would need. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My wife and I had a great visit in Laughlin . We kept very busy with the activities in this nice little town. We most enjoyed our River Cruise and the 4 th of July Fireworks and activities . I greatly recomend it for a family visit . TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Home away from home

We stayed there on the 23rd of Jan. for one night, and for one night 2 weeks prior to that. Fun and laid back property. Great time gambling. Drink service at the slots simply outstanding. Great food at Bourbon Street. Forgot the guy's name who works there. Former Marine, law enforcement. Great guy. Perfect place to get away to. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Once is enough

Our room was spacious and poorly lit with nice amenities. When we checked in we found a candy bar wrapper on the floor and red crud (Lord, I hope it was catsup) on the telephone. The clock was a weird model and showed the wrong time so we called down to ask that it be fixed and were assured that they would take care of it. Three days later- no action. One morning the hot water was off for two hours due to an "emergency". That was followed by a test of the emergency evacuation system so we got to listen to blaring sirens and claxons for about five minutes. They have a small casino and several restaurants downstairs, a couple of which are pretty good. I guess this would be a good place to eat and/or gamble, but the hotel lacks big time.
