Pleasant stay!

Jun 27th, 2020

Although all the amenities were closed due to COVID, we had a very enjoyable four night stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only slight problem we had the first night with our TV not working, the staff made it right for us quickly. I found the front desk to be helpful but not amazingly friendly except for one gentleman that I did not catch his name. Two others seemed disinterested and unfriendly, but that was behind masks. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. One thing you can’t complain about is the amazing view of the city if you are on the city view side of the hotel. It was an amazing show every evening we were there. I would probably book again and hope that the restaurant, bar and rooftop bar would add to the experience. Photos were taken from our 16th floor room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great location. Excellent customer service

Mar 3rd, 2020

My colleague and I were visiting for the CIAA tournament. The Hotel is conveniently located near the EpicCentre and the Spectrum Center. Also several great restaurants were just a short Uber ride away. But most important was the warm, friendly and professional customer service received by all staff. But the leader of the group, that excelled in ensuring we had a lovely stay was Front Desk Manager - Prince. Prince is truly an asset to the property. We will definitely be back!! Comfortable stay, but professional customer service is a bit lacking

Feb 12th, 2020

Stayed here for a weekend in an executive suite. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Walls are thin as I could hear much from family next door, but that didn't disturb my sleep. Minibar was surprisingly empty. Bathroom was decent size but expected more than a shower stall for a suite. Vent in bathroom has hiding behind towels and didn't have a switch to actually turn it on, so it stayed humid for a while after showers. Bath products were nice and towels were soft. Property was clean and spacious. Had issue with parking and front desk couldn't really figure it out. AC & heat were great. Room had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Save your money PLEASE

I am SHOCKED at the cost of this very mid level hotel. SO OVERPRICED, the beds are TINY, bathroom is TINY, restaurants are MASSIVELY OVERPRICED. It is an average at best hotel that I’m disappointed with. The only reason we don’t check out now is because we have to stay here due to a volleyball tournament obligation. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS!!! Customer Service Fail

Jan 22nd, 2020

I live nearby, but wanted to have a mini-vacation, so my friend and I rented a room here. Our original reservation was for 1 king bed, but while checking in the concierge heard us talking about sharing a bed and offered us a room with two beds instead at no upcharge, and we happily accepted. We got to our room and opened the curtains to see our view and were met with a wall and a scaffold full of what appeared to be painting supplies. I immediately called and asked for a different room, and was told that it was not possible. I was told that they were booked for the night, and I explained that I was JUST checked in and that we were originally supposed to have a king bed, so there must be available rooms, and then I was told that I booked through a third party, so they could not guarantee the same rate. I kept trying to get a new room, even a parking lot view would have been better, but they refused. We left for a show, and when we got back, there was a cheese tray and bottle of wine from the hotel manager. It was good try, but didn't make up for the fact that they could have just moved us to another room. Otherwise, the stay was fine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
