Great bar and staff

Jul 13th, 2020

I went for the first time at the bar at Royal Manceau yesterday and had an excellent welcome and great drinks made by the bartender Lucas which was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me around and it was a nice touch to see a bit of Royal Manceau. I hope to come back in Paris soon and the bar will be of one stop for sure. As well, nice touch regarding covid, pocket card to scan to see the menu and the gel feel you welcomed and safer. The staff as well wear masks TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect Parisian Style Stay

Jul 3rd, 2020

A very elegant hotel that will make you feel like you are at an art exhibition. Especially my room and the view here was incredible, however, this is for luxury travelers only. Special thanks to the staff for welcoming me with customized gifts with my name on! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Always a good stay with Eaffles

Apr 4th, 2020

The hotel location is good, just not far from the Arc de Triomphe and the Fragrant Street. Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The service is generally good, although room service could be a bit slow. Good food, although the variety is small but the quality is good, the bread and cake are from Pierre Hermé. The rooms are massive. Recommended! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Elegant Parisian palace

Dec 30th, 2019

My best friend treated me to one night at the Royal Monceau for my 40th birthday. The hotel is very grand and elegant, even if the art-deco decor is not to my taste. The staff is very professional and friendly, the hotel is clean and the bedroom very comfortable and quiet. In an hotel of such a standing, I was expecting to have a bath in the room but instead we had a big shower surrounded by mirrors and a separate electrically controlled toilet. Little treats were left for us to enjoy and when we had difficulties connecting to the internet, help was sent straight away, even though it should have been simpler to connect. When walking through the corridors, we were disappointed and surprised to smell cigarette smoke, as we thought it was now forbidden to smoke inside buildings... The breakfast was fantastic but again no toilets on ground floor, you need to go either to your room or on the first floor. The spa was also very relaxing but details such as lifting seals, missing letters on changing room doors, badly designed and noisy mini warm pool did not make me think I was in a palace. I have to admit that I enjoyed my stay but I enjoyed better other hotels that I visited in Sri Lanka, Costa Rica... for a faction of the price... hence the rating I gave. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
