Quite possibly the most perfect hotel!

Jul 14th, 2019

I stayed here with my adult daughter and teenage son for 4 nights. It couldn’t be more perfect. The suite was spacious so we didn’t feel cramped. The bathroom was large enough to handle two adult women getting ready and provided enough areas to drape our wet clothes after going jet boating one afternoon. It had a large shower and a separate deep soaking tub. There was a refrigerator that kept drinks ice cold - I rarely find a really good refrigerator in any hotel. And the AC kept us cold during 90°F weather. We are from Houston, TX, so we are some tough critics on this. In addition to a wonderful room, the staff was superb. Our room was ready early and they were eager to handle everything we requested and answer every question we asked, all without us having to wait for even a second. Almost everywhere we wanted to be was within walking distance - Cirque du Soleil, Saute Moutons, Aura at Notre Dame Basilica (literally right next door), the train station (with a Tim Horton’s for your Timbits fix in the morning), car rental for a day, highly rated restaurants, and great shopping. The other places we wanted to be were just a short Uber ride away. I loved Montreal and cannot wait to return. When I do, I will be staying at Le Saint Sulpice! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Ooh La La Hotel Stay

Jul 7th, 2019

We spent three nights here and were totally pleased with our stay. The Hotel is centrally located in Vieux-Montreal and features great amenities. Our suite on the top floor was outstanding. It had a small kitchen, living room, fireplace, veranda, beautiful bathroom and nice king bed overlooking a courtyard and Notre Dame Basilica. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was impossible so we paid to valet the car during our stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect Location and Lovely Hotel

Jul 6th, 2019

We stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice for six nights during our vacation in Montreal. A perfect location close to everything but never noisy or crowded. We had an Executive Suite. Huge room on an upper floor which was incredibly quiet. Super helpful and kind staff too. Definitely stay here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Clean hotel, centrally located

Jul 6th, 2019

We arrived late at night on Canada Day. Unfortunately, no one in any official capacity had informed the hotel that all the minor roads around the hotel were to be closed. Advance warning and advice would have been beneficial as the 30 minute journey from the airport was an hour and a half long and involved driving around in circles and traffic jams. We were travelling with a teen and a 3year old and it was 5am our time when we arrived so it was a frustrating start to our holiday! This was not the fault of the hotel to be fair but perhaps worth noting if you intend to arrive during any large-scale events as the hotel is well situated right in the middle of the Old Port area. The staff were extremely welcoming both at reception and the valet service - which was excellent both upon arrival and leaving. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was generally well maintained. The only points to note for improvement were that the pillows were really high and uncomfortable and the sofa bed was not made up for our arrival and we had to ask for bedding (which at 5am our time was a bit annoying). Overall though this hotel is really well positioned with loads of places to eat nearby. We didn't use the hotel for breakfast instead going to a fantastic cafe about two minutes walk from the hotel called Olive et Gourmand (well worth the walk first thing!). I'd definitely recommend this hotel primarily due to cleanliness and centrality. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
